Our stay was just perfect! The house is exactly as described in the ad: clean, organized, cozy we feel good. The host Renata is very attentive and responsive. And having your José who is the housekeeper nearby makes a big difference,he is fine people. I recommend the house to those looking for comfort, space, beautiful view, tranquility and a great experience. Sure if God wants we'll be back at another time! Thanks for everything Renata!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated with great amenities. It’s perfect with kids, with the short walk to the swings/playground which you can see from the terrace.

There were incredible days, clean house, good location, we had a wonderful reception, we regret the good house being adapted para elderly, there is no access ramp and in the description it said that it had a suite downstairs, hand had it. But everything else was wonderful.

The house is perfect for those who want to work or just spend a vacation. It's exactly like the photos and it's very close to the beach. Close to everything. The host is extremely polite and helpful. The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

We had an extremely positive experience during our stay at Mr. Assis, located on Presídio beach, close to the beach and almost next to Hotel Jangadeiro. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the sea and other points of interest in the region. The house is very well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for days of comfort and tranquility. All kitchen appliances work perfectly, and there are new air-conditioners in all rooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor area has a great barbecue and a sports area with a soccer and volleyball field, which made the children happy. We would also like to highlight the owner's hospitality. Mr. Assis was extremely helpful, kind and attentive, always available to answer questions and promptly meet any needs that arose. It was a very happy weekend for the whole family, full of good times. Thoughtful, helpful, welcoming hosts. We weren't just greeted, we were welcomed. I've been to other accommodations, but in this one, I didn't feel “just one guest.” The house was clean and was lovingly arranged to receive us: available towels and sheets, bedding, pillows, fan; bathroom with toilet paper and disinfectant; kitchen with coffee maker, blender, stove, refrigerator, cutlery, glasses, cups, 3 pots and as a kindness, we were provided with water for own consumption and a coffee. Luckily, Mrs. Madu's neighbor (as she likes to be called) works as a taxi driver and was always on hand to take us to the tours, at a fair price.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, cozy house, we felt at home! The pool is wonderful, the barbecue is perfect! Host always available and friendly! The receptive and willing housekeeper! I loved the weekend, I feel like coming back!

Dona Silvia's house is very much what she shows in the images. It is a great house, well cared for, good safety for being all fenced and comfortable. She and the housekeeper Mr. Antonio are extremely attentive and quick to assist. One important thing that is worth noting is that in addition to the qualities of the house, Mrs. Silvia is extremely correct and honest about the indications, information and agreed upon, so what was agreed with her once you can rest assured that it will be complied with. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back someday.

Great house, caring home and great location

The space is in a very welcoming and safe condominium. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, markets and Beach Park. It is at the top of a dune, which makes it very ventilated immovable. The condominium has a very good pool and the housekeeper who takes care of the condominium is very helpful. The house is spacious, cozy, very clean and tidy, with everything needed for a great stay. Mr. Fernando and his wife were excellent hosts, surprised us with various treats, such as juice, cake, panrtone and even a bottle of bubbly for New Year's Eve. They always responded quickly when we had any questions. They personally welcomed us at the time of check-in and explained to us how the entire house works. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. We spent the turn of the year there and it was wonderful, because from the condominium area we could see the fireworks display of several resorts that are in that area. I highly recommend Mr Fernando's place.

The house has served us perfectly. All rooms were available, there were utensils (plates, glasses and cutlery) for everyone in my family, the pool was for both adults and children. Households are very accessible and helpful. We like the location very much, as you can walk to the beach and it is close to groceries. We will come back again and again.

We had another wonderful experience at this accommodation! We were warmly welcomed by Márcio, the brother of the hostess Hamalia, who was waiting for us with a snack, a gesture that shows the care for the guests. His attention and availability throughout the stay made all the difference. The house is super cozy, well ventilated and with an amazing view of the sea. Everything was very clean and organized, and the structure is excellent: internet working well, two TVs, air conditioning in one of the rooms and all the necessary utensils. The condominium is quiet and conveys a sense of security. This is the second time we have stayed there and we certainly intend to return again. We recommend it without hesitation!
