Perfect! The apartment is perfect, just like in the photos, an impeccable condominium. Perfect location, close to everything, Havan store, good market, wholesaler, grocery store in the condominium. Close to the most beautiful beach in the region. The peace of waking up to the birds singing made me feel at home. My family and I love it and will be back.

The apartment is beautiful and clean, exactly as shown in the listing. However, I found the communication with them too complicated, they rented us an apartment and in the middle of my trip, arriving in Itapema they warned that there was no Internet and would change our stay. The problem was that they canceled, so it took a few days to refund the amount paid. I had to stop in the middle of the trip to make the new reservation with them, without having received a refund. The good part was that they were very helpful and kept the same price for our stay. However, they could have facilitated the process, since the apartment problem was theirs and we were on the road arriving at the destination. They need to improve the hosting bureaucracy. If it weren't for that, it would be perfect, because the property is great.

My stay in this apartment was excellent! The space is well designed and decorated with very good taste, it is functional and extremely comfortable. The shower is great, providing relaxing baths, and both the sofa and the bed are super cozy. I did not miss any equipment or utensil. The natural lighting, allied to the LEDs, spots and luminaires create a very welcoming environment. The building offers several facilities that make the experience even better, like a rooftop with incredible sea and city views, a gym and two swimming pools. The location is another strong point: close to the sea and two of the main avenues of the city, which facilitates access to various services and businesses. Finally, the host was very attentive and helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay, always available to assist in what was needed, as well as the receptionists of the building. I strongly recommend this home and intend to return in future visits!

The place is as shown in the photos. It has a small suite separated from a full, open kitchen, an outhouse actually, with a beautiful barbecue. And it has a beautiful pool. Great value for money.

Totally quiet street. very good to sleep no noise . Raquel quickly answers the messages . I liked it too much, I intend to come back next year .

Gilvania is a great, super responsive host, the house was impeccable, we were 8 people, everything is close and very close to Beto Carrero, the house was clean, the bed linen was cherosa, utensils available, everything was impeccable. We'll be back for sure!

Suellen and her husband were very attentive from the first conversations to clear all doubts until the moment we returned and arrived home , always very worried to leave everything in perfect condition and assistance to everything we needed. We arrived she picked us up on the street because the house is on the hill, so she needed to show us how to get there without problems. And even received us at the house with mimos. About the house: New house, smelling of new , all items in perfect condition and of good quality, the bed was better than the one I have at home including hahahaha. Exquisite finishes worthy of a luxury house. Suite with excellent bathrooms, air chilling very well. The house is on the hill the access is steep, but to have that spectacular view to the sea we have to climb there is no other way. But it's worth every penny I highly recommend. Nearby restaurant, market and convenience. We'll be back soon.

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

It was a great stay, a block from the beach. We did everything on foot. And the condominium is complete: swimming pool, fitness center, mini market. Jaison was attentive, he made our check-out flexible. Too bad the view from the bathtub is very different from the photos, unfortunately there is no more green area there, but a huge construction site. They're building buildings. But other than that, it was great. I'd come back more often.
