Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

I booked the house to rest and celebrate my daughter's 1st birthday. As a baby, the house on the sand made it easier to go to the beach and reconcile with her routine. We loved the space. Wonderful view and quiet condominium. Pão was super helpful and Rose, who works in the condominium, is a lovely person. I recommend it!

Welma's apartment was everything we hoped for and more. The location was excellent, with plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants just steps away. It was fantastic to have coffee or a drink in the evening in the apartment while looking out at the sea, the beach, and the big wheel! We lacked nothing in the apartment — the amenities were excellent, and everything was perfectly clean. Welma and Lucas were super attentive and always made sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. As a foreigner it was also very helpful that Lucas spoke fluent English at check-in. I would 100% recommend the apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Balneário!

Everything about it is excellent! Gabriela was a great host, always available, and was extremely clear with all the information. The Triplex is amazing, structured, beautiful and organized.

everything is amazing, wonderful place, the view is incredible, the apartment has everything we need, the only thing I missed was the air conditioning, it's not cooling, I don't know if it's because the settings are in English, even the temperature, other than that, it's incredible

The apartment is impeccable. A little piece of home, away from home. Everything is extremely clean, the environment is fragrant and has all the utensils for a great stay. The location is privileged with everything you need nearby, from more lively programs to quieter environments. Fernanda is a sweetheart, super attentive and responds promptly. The apartment has everything, I mean everything, even a needle and thread, really really well-equipped. The decoration is very nice and all the equipment is very complete. The building 60 meters from the beach is in the new area of Camboriu, where the city's new luxury buildings are located. The parking is very comfortable. I think we'll be back soon.

Our stay was wonderful, Fabrício has always been very kind, friendly and above all, attentive and willing for any possible problems/doubts, in addition to having offered great recommendations. The apartment itself is wonderful, new furniture, TV's with streaming varieties, kitchen equipped with several modern utensils, variety in bed and bath linen, easy access to garage and concierge. Excellent location, several places nearby and, of course, a splendid sea view, which is worth noting to be better in person compared to the photos. It was 4 cozy days to the sound of the sea to sleep, I would definitely recommend it and would come back more often.

One of the easiest experiences we've ever had Both the check in and check out were extremely easy to do. Júlio gave us indications of points near the residence and let us feel the same. What to say about the view? Wake up and have the sea as a backyard is a delight

Great location. The view is even better than in the pictures. Very good to stay on the balcony looking at the sea and listening to the sound of the waves. During the trip, I didn't need to take the car out of the garage. It has everything nearby: market, pharmacy, restaurants, bakery with breakfast.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The owners were very concerned about the stay… everything went well! The area is in the south center of the beach, very quiet and with good places to shop and eat.
