Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia do Abrãao

Flávia’s apartment was the perfect little home for our stay on Ilha Grande. Everything you need is pretty much on your doorstep and Flávia lives right by and is super helpful and responsive. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment is nice and peaceful with friendly neighbours. If you’re into hiking, the apartment is perfectly situated for the Pico do Papagaio trail. Would definitely recommend staying at Flávia’s for your Ilha Grande stay.

My stay was one of the best times i had at Ilha Grande. The beach from Aracatiba is so beautiful and not crowded at all. Andreia and her husband Erlon are so kind people, they really care about you and that you feel welcome. You can ask them everything and they help you. It is such a nice and cozy spot. So memories were created that will last. The only downside was that i couldn't stay longer. I am going back next year!

Very good accommodation. I loved the double bed, especially the mattress. The place is a paradise. Lots of marine life for those who like diving. For those who enjoy hiking, it is excellent, for those who do not, there are boat trips.

Everything was fantastic. The house is large, nice, comfortable, without luxuries but with everything you need to spend the holidays. 2 bathrooms and 1 with a cold water shower but the water is nice for bathing. The only bad thing is that the second bathroom is next to the room and since it doesn't have a closed door, the smell of the bathroom comes through. That was really unpleasant, but it's the only thing. Everything else was perfect. The welcome, the speed to respond to messages and the help provided. I had to go to the island's emergency room and Mara and Jaqueline were always willing to help. I would definitely come back.

The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to beautiful beaches and charming local restaurants. During our stay, the main pier was under construction, but thankfully there was another nearby pier we could use for getting on and off the boat. The view from the property is truly magical, and the sunsets were nothing short of breathtaking! One small suggestion would be to simplify the space a bit. There are quite a few extra items in the kitchen and bedrooms that aren’t really necessary. With a little decluttering and a light refresh, this place would be even more wonderful. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really appreciated the setting.

Everything was great. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Great location, close to everything but very quiet. The double bed is very comfortable. We highly recommend the place and the host. Always very predisposed when we need something. Please book without any hesitation.

We would like to thank Helena and Nego for the excellent reception, the suite was impeccable, incredible view of the sea and very friendly and helpful hosts. The view is excellent, you can bathe while looking at the sea. But the climb to the cottage is steep, and it also gets a little cold at night. We love it, we feel at home and we will definitely be back ❤️

Our experience was wonderful. The house is exactly as in the pictures: new, extremely good taste decoration, clean, organized and super cozy. The view is truly breathtaking. All rooms are spacious, air-conditioned and with a great bathroom. The super wide and complete common area, with barbecue, heated pool and sauna, in addition to the private beach of the condominium that is beautiful and peaceful. The host, Andre, was super attentive and always available. A complimentary snack was offered at our front desk, which was delicious. And the employees, Leidi and Jaja, were also super attentive and raised the level of the experience. I recommend it and I can't wait to come back.

The apartment is very spacious and everything was well clean, towels and impeccable bedding. The condominium is very cool, huge pool area with hot water well tasty for cooler days like the ones we spent in Angra. Very nice Academy also with mats and some other basic equipment. The host gave several cool tips for places to eat and speedboat trips to do on the outskirts. We love your stay!

I stayed in the apartment for a month and it was a great experience. The space is large, airy and well lit. The description in the listing, as well as the photos, perfectly match reality. Contact with the host was also very smooth and easy at all times when this was necessary. The location is also excellent!
