Fit as described! Very clean, new, spacious, super ventilated, perfect air-conditioning and with a wonderful balcony. Hostess Edivalda is extremely attentive, polite and ready to solve any unforeseen event. It was a great stay and I look forward to returning soon.

The house is very beautiful and very cozy, not to mention that it is as in the photos completely new and renovated environment, it is perfect for accommodating large families. For those who want a more discreet place is great because it is not on the edge of the runway, the environment is a little hot but has fans to soften the heat, on the other hand it has a large leisure area with barbecue and swimming pool to entertain the family. I want to congratulate the host for the speed in the messages and the support given throughout my stay.

A place is a piece of paradise, very organized, with no mess or noise that could disrupt leisure and rest. The house is complete, it has everything you need in a stay, you just need to arrange before and take the purchases, as the cost is a higher in the nearby markets. A place for you to leave already thinking about returning. Wide Pool, as well as the condominium areas, a simply amazing place. The nearby Tambaquis paradise is an excellent place to spend a day, in addition to the tambaquis as an attraction, has a swimming pool, lake, canoe and other attractions for the whole family, the cost of entry varies a lot of what you want to accomplish there, the Day Use that includes all the services is 40 reais per person, I found a place that is super worth knowing, just as it is worth the Buggy tour on the bag beach, which has value of 220 reais, for 4 people. But, if you do not want extra costs, the condominium itself meets the needs of excellent rest and leisure.

Excellent stay!!! The apt. of Moses is wonderful, ventilated, very well furnished, all new, with all the household utensils available, just like the announcement. Air conditioning in the 02 rooms working perfectly well. The apt. has a perfect balcony on the ground floor, which facilitates access, as you do not need to climb stairs. We stayed 05 days, we didn't miss anything! The Host also very kind and polite, always available to serve us in the best way possible. Excelente is also the Vila das Águas Condomínio, near Lagoa dos Tambaquis and some beaches in the region (about 10 minutes by car). A large condominium with a lot of green area, swimming pools, soccer fields and lagoons for those who like to fish. We like everything, we will certainly return, preferably at the apt. of Moses.

Clean, cozy place to spend days with family!

A wonderful place where we were able to spend incredible days with a group of flying friends.... Place for those who want space without freshness. The farmhouse refers to childhood, where we could be free for a sea bath, jump in the pool, eat a relaxed barbecue or spoon cashew and other fruit on the feet of the orchard in a large, well-kept lot with a grandmother's house face... All this by the sea at Saco/SE Beach, which is simply beautiful and Mangue Seco/BA which is show... Boat tours of the Mangue Islands is well worth it.... The rustic but well-distributed environment with all air-conditioned rooms, and the huge, super well-equipped kitchen in front of the pool... Not to mention Karina's hospitality, which is a fantastic and energetic woman and the super homemade available at any time. Gostei, we'll be back soon.

Excellent place to stay and spend a weekend or a holiday or extended weekend... close to the beach... house with a huge backyard (for those with pets it is perfect for them). If I get the chance, I'll be back for sure!

I spent the last Carnival holiday at the Villa das Águas Condomínio. The experience was very good! Since the first contact, the host, Airton, was very attentive, kind and flexible with the check-in and check-out times, greatly facilitating our arrival and departure. The apartment is cozy, clean and very airy. The condominium has a complete structure, with lagoons and a spectacular pool, as well as being perfect for outdoor activities such as hiking and running. The location is strategic, with easy access to the famous Lagoas dos Tambaquis, a surprising place worth a visit. I only have compliments and I highly recommend both the apartment and the host Airton, who still made the stay more enjoyable with his kindness, attention and flexibility regarding schedules. Hope to return soon!
