It is next to Plaza América and close to downtown (8 minutes by bus/taxi, 35 minutes on foot) and 2 km from the beach. There is a bus stop at the entrance for getting around, and all services are nearby. In the gate there are 3 spaces for the disabled. Parking space available for cars up to 170 cm in height. NO VANS OR ELECTRIC VEHICLES. And 2 elevators.

A very quiet area where we can barely hear the boats that go out to fish and where the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom in the upper part from which you can see the sea.

Located in a peaceful village on the Portuguese Camino de Santiago, just 12 km from Pontevedra and 21 km from Vigo.
