We love it so much. I went for work and the apartment accommodated us perfectly, the view is beautiful, the atmosphere is cozy and it has everything we need! We love it and it's definitely in our Top 5 when we return to Natal.

The apartment is very nice, it's new, exactly as shown in the photos. The building is a little old, in need of renovation. The location is great, you go downstairs and you're already on the beach and you can walk to several places. You hear the sound of the waves, which is wonderful. On the second night, the apartment's power had a short circuit, leaving the air and lights not working, which was a bit uncomfortable, but the next day they fixed it. But I recommend the location.

What a wonderful time my family and I spent at Francisco's place. Everything very organized and clean, amazing house with comfortable beds, all the necessary utensils and electronics, good location... First time I've used Airbnb, but the house is great, very spacious, if you want more privacy and the 3 bedrooms are not enough, there is a completely enclosed balcony, which also serves as a bedroom, Gustavo was super attentive, I intend to book more often.

The Loft is simply spotless! I stayed with my fiancé during the new year and it was the quietest thing in the world. The environment was all organized for our arrival, all very clean and tidy. We had everything at our disposal, pots, crockery, appliances, plus it is clear from the air conditioning and television. The acoustics of the place also surprised us a lot, we didn't hear anything from the outside and everyone was super respectful, it's a really private place. The surroundings are also quite calm. I would definitely stay again, I felt at home, Anderson is to be congratulated! The site really delivers to what is available. 😉

The apartment had everything needed for 1-2 persons, nice shared pool and just about the beach. very nice stay.

Apt very secure, condominium with excellent structure, all items according to announcement, always fast communication, the beaches of Parnamirim are excellent and are only 5 min by car. The Christmas beaches are 10 minutes away. In other words, the stay is in a very strategic region for those who want to enjoy the coast well.
