Direct access from the garden to the sand and spectacular view of Ilha do Mel. Covered barbecue and large living room with fireplace, a unique experience also in winter. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi in all rooms.

Beautiful newly built house. The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. We have an en-suite with a double bed, closet and equipped with air-conditioning, plus a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and air-conditioning, and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a fan. The house has a second bathroom. The main room has a high ceiling with attached kitchen and dining room and a mezzanine. The outdoor area has a barbecue and two hammocks. The patio accommodates 2 cars. The beach is about 300 meters away.
