Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Praia de Icaraí

The apartment was very nice and clean, with everything we needed. The location was great if you plan to use the public transportation. Easy access to santos dumont, the tram, and the metro. Great for exploring the centro district walking, with some decent food nearby. We had appointments with the US Consulate and the CASV while we were staying. You can easily walk to the consulate and 2 stops on the tram you can be at Santos Dumont (where the CASV was located) The store at the bottom was convenient, the building is nice with 24/7 reception and security and many more amenities. Overall great experience especially if you have business in the Centro district. I would stay again!

Incredible apartment, with a 10-star view of Cristo, Sugar Loaf..., we even made a blog showing our stay at the accommodation since waking up was a dream. Located in one of the best areas in RJ, very safe, where you can move around all day without worries. The host made it easy for us to check out and other things.

Perfect apartment! Very tasteful architecture and decoration and a wonderful view! Think of a relaxing experience, you can read a book and have a coffee in that armchair overlooking the lagoon! We were delighted. I would like to mention Leonardo, who prepared everything for us to have an unforgettable stay. This apartment is a little dream, compact in the most charming way. Every detail felt so thoughtful. From the curated design objects to the vintage furniture, everything had soul. We slept wonderfully up on the mezzanine, in the rose-colored bedding, which I really loved :) Waking up to that view each morning made it all feel a little cinematic. Vítor was incredibly kind, helpful, and always just a message away. The neighborhood felt safe, and getting around was super easy. Ubers were always nearby. There’s even a small washing machine for light laundry loads. Truly, this place had everything we needed and more. Highly, highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment was super comfortable, inside the condominium there was a super well-equipped convenience store, the location was very close to the mall and the beaches, I really liked everything. Priscilla was super attentive, answering any questions I had quickly. For those who are thinking of going to Niterói, it is very worth staying there

From the first contact, Moacyr was a great host, gave us attention and was very affectionate when receiving us. The environment was impeccable, very well cleaned and organized, super comfortable. The house is really great and very true to the description here on Airbnb. Extremely comfortable, with spacious rooms, very pleasant leisure area, very good location and all the necessary infrastructure for the stay. Internet throughout the house, kitchen utensils, towels, pillows and bed linens available. In addition, in the few questions we had, we were promptly answered by the hosts in the app. We just have to thank them for the pleasant days we spent.

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

I spent three weeks at Judite´s place and it was great! By far the best place I´ve stayed while in Rio. Very good location, close to the beach, safe, full of restaurants and bars walking distance, and a supermarket across the road. The place itself is very comfortable, clean, it has everything I needed, and very spacious. She´s very friendly and even came by to say hello. I definitely recommend her place.

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

Diogo received me in such short notice, and was flexible with my check out time. Marianna was also really helpful, responsive and communicative. The place was cosy and had all the utensils needed. Will deffo recommend.

Ronaldo's house is very good! We had a great weekend in Piratininga. The house is very well-equipped, close to the beach and spacious. We highly recommend it to those looking for a place close to the beach and organized to spend their stay.

We enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back! The view is better in person than in the photos and the apartment itself is very comfortable for 2 people. The space was very clean and cleaning service comes in daily if requested. Very walkable area and felt safe with 24hr downstairs security. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!!!

Amazing stay! Close to everything; bakery, market, warehouse, subway, bus stop. Not to mention that next to the apartment there is a very famous restaurant with great prices that works until 2 or 3 a.m. So I felt super safe arriving late. It would always return!

I just have to thank Fernanda for all the support she gave me. Location near downtown Lapa, you can walk easily, everything is nearby. The concierge was extremely polite to me, towels, bedding, extremely fragrant environment. My birthday in RJ was wonderful, and much of it has to do with this wonderful stay, I hope to return again.

Great place to stay, accommodates 9 people very well, we don't use the kitchen much but it's very well-equipped, very good showers with hot water, it's in a great location, there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, supermarket, pharmacy, the beach, everything is close, you don't hear the noise from the street.

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very quick and clear, he was always very polite. On an upcoming trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!
