My family and I really liked Regina's apartment. It has a great location, spacious and very well organized. The building staff are kind and provided us with all the support we needed.

Our stay was excellent! The place perfectly met our needs — cozy, well-equipped and in an amazing location, close to everything we needed. From the beginning, we were very well taken care of. Communication was always quick and clear, and both before and during the stay, they were super attentive and available to answer questions and assist us in whatever was necessary. Thank you for the welcome and care. We definitely recommend the accommodation and will return on a future occasion!

The apartment was structurally speaking exactly what we were looking for to spend a few days of rest. If the apartment was ours, I would only make a change in the issue of well-being for the family, put air conditioning in the bedrooms, that would make all the difference. We will definitely try to stay more often in the apartment. Daniel was very soloist with our family and that's a big difference.

cristiane's apartment is very good, great location, close to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant. This is the second time we have stayed there and we will stay other times if we go to Guarapari . Cristiane was very solicitous in everything . It is well worth staying there. Only compliments.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

Excellent Hosting! Privileged location, new and safe building. Perfectly functioning elevator, good garage space. The all-modern apartment with excellent complete and impeccable new furniture and crockery, especially for those who love table set! Large well ventilated room and cozy rooms, excellent bathrooms. The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.

The stay is wonderful, the place is wonderful. Super safe, comfortable, easy to find, easy access, close to the beach, all very organized. Uber searches and takes without problems. The apartment is exactly like the one described in the ad, kitchen super complete. Communication with the hostess is super fast, she always responds quickly and very attentive. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
