Best stay in Santos! The apartment is exceptional, combined with a strategic location - you don't need a car for anything, everything is close by. Marcus kept me informed of the operation of the environment and, even when I had doubts, he answered me promptly. I'll be back more often for sure!

My stay at the apartment was excellent! The location is simply perfect — waking up to the ocean view and being just steps from the beach made all the difference. The space is comfortable. Very nice place! I spent my honeymoon in Daniele's apartment and it was simply amazing. We were well instructed by her and well received by Mr. Milton, who is at the entrance. Safe surroundings, close to kiosks and beach volleyball nets. The apartment was completely clean and well equipped with fans, the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals and the living room was very comfortable. For those looking for the pool (as we did lol) I recommend going when it is VERY hot, because the sun is indirect in it and the water is very cold lol. The stay was perfect and we look forward to returning in the heat, thank you Dani!

My stay was simply wonderful! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, super cozy, clean and well located. The host is very friendly and incredibly cordial. The house perfectly accommodates 10 guests with space and privacy for everyone. The property is very close to the shore and the beach. There are markets, wineries, cafeterias, restaurants and everything we need nearby. The house's kitchen has plenty of utensils and met our needs very well. We will definitely be hosting us again and I highly recommend it.

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

Amazing accommodation for a couple, my fiancé and I got off by bus and upon arriving at the apartment everything very clean and cozy, what surprised me very much in the apt were the basic items such as a simple detergent in the sink, dishwashing bushes, toilet paper in the bathroom, (simple things that I did not find in other stays..) bed cloths and carpets all clean, we feel the touch of love in each corner of the apt. Regarding the location, it was our first time in aviation, it really has everything about, but we left for dinner and we found bar options, real food rice and beans rs’ and good music only in Guilhermina a few minutes from the apartment, we were walking and finally a super delicious tour. Vilmar always very polite, Thank you so much for your stay, we will be back for sure.

There was a delay in the delivery of some documents due to the rush of the day, and one of the guests was unable to access the digital CNH. The gatekeepers were understanding and gave us a deadline, but Lili insisted on the matter in an exaggerated manner and without any flexibility. Faced with these questions, Alexandre, I believe that you yourself should manage the rentals of the property to ensure a more adequate service.
