The apartment is spacious and beautiful, it has everything you need to spend a few spectacular days. Everything was impeccable, we asked for bed and bath linens for an extra cost and everything they left us was excellent. Across the street is the beach of Las Toninas, very close. Overall, I recommend this place!

Excellent house as advertised, safe, airy, no smell, main item for those with allergic family members, we only used the car to go to other beaches, the main services of the beach can be reached on foot, flexibility in the time of entry and exit, host gets a 10. Perfect and highly recommended. Close to the beach, with a view of the sea. We went to two beaches on foot, one we took a 15-minute trail, in which I recommend going prepared with sneakers and taking some snacks, because the terrain is very irregular and there are no vendors and kiosks, but the beach is absolutely perfect. Our accommodation was equally perfect, we took advantage of everything the place offers, barbecue, wood stove and even sleeping to the sound of the sea and waking up with the same view. The place was clean, the host was always willing and has the basic kitchen utensils. Everything was perfect for us.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again, but everything was perfect, thank you

Ademir is an extremely kind and attentive host! We were very well received and he gave us valuable tips, especially about where to dine — which made all the difference in our experience. The apartment is excellent, exactly as shown in the photos: very clean, organized and comfortable. We had an unforeseen event on the way — a road accident delayed us by about 4 hours, and we ended up needing to stay overnight in Uberaba. We warned Ademir that we would not be able to arrive that day, and he very generously offered to refund the lost night or grant us an extra night at no cost. We refused, of course, because we understood that the setback was not his responsibility, but this attitude demonstrates the kind of person and host he is: honest, understanding and generous. I highly recommend the accommodation and we will certainly be back!

Our stay was fantastic. Paulo the whole time was very attentive, removing all the doubts quickly and making us very comfortable. The apartment is wonderful, very spacious, well equipped. Condominium spaces are great, wonderful pool. Privileged location, very close to the beach and close to several establishments and other beaches. We'll definitely be back soon!

The cottage is very well located, a few meters from the beach and easily accessible by highway. Nelson sent house instructions that were quite helpful. The cleanliness was impeccable, the space very well maintained and decorated. It had all the utensils and appliances needed for the stay. Comfortable for 4 people.

All perfect, the flat is a grace, Carla super requests, the polite and helpful staff, we will return with certainty, and recommend it to everyone. The only caveat is for those who go with the elderly and children, evaluate the ladder, it is narrow snail type.
