Impossible to describe with words what my fiancée and I experienced in the days we stayed, the place is surreally beautiful, you sleep with the sound of the sea, lots of nature around, the stone house is beautiful and very cozy, it had everything we needed. Fábio is an incredible person, an example of a person, too good a person, always worrying about the smallest details to have an excellent stay, I just have to thank Fabio, for the period we were in the stone house and for everything he did for us, I certainly recommend it and we will return many more times.

Place as described, tidy and practical. Very good beach for children. Beautiful view of the window upon awakening. Zelador gave a good service.

Well-located place!

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well-equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well kept and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, in the midst of lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

My experience was great and extremely cozy. From the beginning, the host was very helpful, always attended to us quickly and attentively, which made the stay even more peaceful. The apartment is clean, well decorated and exactly as described in the listing. The location is also excellent, close to the beach and several points of interest. I strongly recommend hosting and would certainly return at a next opportunity.

Michelangelo is a Superhost - and rightly so! From the beginning, everything in the listing was real: the information, the images and the description of the space perfectly match what we found. Michelangelo was much more than a host. He was generous, attentive, extremely caring and genuinely concerned about our well-being. He was always available, ready to answer questions, help with any issues, and ensure the experience was as good as possible. My stay on the Linda Loucura sailboat was very good. We had a Thursday with sun, barbecue, and we even had the chance to go to the beach in front of the sailboat — where, by the way, my boyfriend and I saved three starfish! A very special moment. The taxi boat worked perfectly, agile and with a super kind staff. The atmosphere was impeccable, and from the reception to the farewell, everything was done with great affection.

Elenice, Dirley and Chico🐱 were very receptive, we felt at home, we were welcome and were always giving tips. The place is very comfortable, the photos and the description, everything was organized, clean and everything we needed was available. Around there are beautiful beaches (Santa Rita, Enseada, Lázaro, Domingas Dias, Sununga and many others), the closest we went to uber. Nearby restaurants as well, nearby market and the center nearby. We recommend and hope to return in a next one!

The accommodation is excellent and Laércio's service is perfect! Well equipped and cozy apartment. Even a first aid kit is available. That's what it's like to think about the customer. The stay at Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not suitable for the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bedding and blankets, but that did not prevent me from enjoying it. Due to the low season when I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it went away by letting the air air out a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and there is not much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.

My stay at Sônia's house was excellent! She was a super attentive, helpful and kind host throughout the experience. The place is very cozy, well maintained and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great, quiet and with easy access to everything I needed. I highly recommend Sônia's accommodation and I would definitely stay there again.

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

The stay was great, starting with all the support from Lucia, who was super attentive from the beginning of the contact. Great house, everything is clean and the view from the house to the beach is spectacular, location close to the market, bakery, restaurants. Everything was very good. The house has a great location,well aired, with access to two beaches, private security. Me and my family liked it so much that we were there in 2023 and now 2025. Victor is attentive and always answered our questions. My family and I recommend it, whoever you are won't regret it.

The house is true to the ad, very well equipped and in very good taste. The heated pool made all the difference at this time. The location is perfect and José Eduardo is a great host! I recommend it.
