Luis was not in Floripa but he left everything right with an explanatory video of how we would enter the apartment and made available together with Andrea his assistance that is pure sympathy, we feel at home, apartment with its suites plus one bathroom we were very comfortable, wide balcony, well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, large refrigerator, laundry with lava and drought we do not need to use but there is a very comfortable apartment all new, there is a sea block, with restaurants, cafeterias and nearby markets, a fantastic heated pool on the last floor, it was very worth our stay,thanks.

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. Comfortable, clean apartments with a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The host was always available if any assistance was needed. Thank you for the warm welcome, we will definitely come back again.

Wonderful stay!!! Adriano and his wife were very welcoming, as was Elisa, the girl who helped us before check-in! Everything was impeccable, the cleanliness, organization, Adriano's concern for our stay! It was really worth it!!! Everything was clean and organized, we took care of it as if it were ours, because we could see the affection and care they had for us to have a good experience! We are already looking forward to our next trip, and we will definitely look for Adriano again!

The complex is beautiful, with many amenities, such as nearby garages and facial recognition entry, very quiet and impeccable. The apartment is very comfortable and the host is always attentive. I would recommend it

Luciano is a great host and the place is wonderful. Super close to beach and has all amenities including outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, amazing sauna an even restaurant inside of the condominium. The food and service was super great. The best touch was the view from Luciano place, right onto the ocean. The apartment is located facing the East and you can see the sunrise everyday. Very beautiful! We had breakfast, lunch and dinner outside every day just to enjoy the view.

Yamil's apartment is genuinely a perfect complement to the dream vacation. Everything is first class, the environment, pools, courts, direct access to what was my favorite beach in all of Canasvieiras. Simply a 10/10 in every way.

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. The apartment is super functional and literally a block from Praia Brava. From the bathroom window, you can even see the sunrise over the sea in the morning. The neighborhood is quiet and has a small market nearby, where you can buy the basics for breakfast and snacks. In the low season there are few shopping and dining options in the area, but easy access to other nearby neighborhoods with more options. We really enjoyed our stay there and the hosts were helpful at all times.

The apartment was impeccable, we received it in excellent hygienic conditions. Everything is as it appears in the photos. It's super-equipped for 8 people. We loved the security of the building and the apartment itself. We were with a one-year-old baby and we felt right at home. As for the rooms, the beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms have powerful showers… I would choose this option again to come on a family vacation. The host was super attentive and responsible. We had a small mishap with an air conditioner that didn't work well, and when we asked him about it, he immediately solved it by sending a technician to check it out. From 1 to 10, I'd give it 10 points. We'll be back!!!

Literally the best Airbnb I've ever been to in my life. I felt completely at home. Super comfortable, cozy, surrounded by nature, and obviously a lot of attention and care were used to decorate the house, beautiful plants, wonderful bathroom, nice room, and overall excellent.
