The kitchen is spacious, beautiful and complete. It has Wi-Fi and a countertop for a laptop. It has a large bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom, a toilet and a service area. Ideal for 2 people, but there are single mattresses in the living room, which can accommodate two more people. The television is in the bedroom, but can be placed on the counter in the living room.

In front of the building is Borges de Medeiros Square, the trendiest square in Torres, where a number of cultural events take place. Including the takeoff of balloons. In 10 minutes on foot, you arrive at the famous Morro do Farol, with a wonderful view. In 4 minutes you are in the city center, with a variety of shops. On the street above there are options of bars and restaurants.
