Perfect hosting. Easy access to the beach, direct entrance from the condominium to Campeche. Apartment clean, with all the utensils. Clean and new linens and bath linens. Common areas such as the fitness center, swimming pool, playground are super nice and easy to access. 24-hour concierge makes check-in very easy.

The host, Sérgio, was kind, polite and very kind to my family. The location is astonishing, the magnificent view, the whole house functional. You can go without fear and feel like you belong to nature. The village is great for connecting with loved ones, whether in the fireplace, jacuzzi, sitting just contemplating the moon and stars or playing one of the many board games available in the house. The ad is so much more than described. Just pack up and be happy.

We had a long stay working remotely, the house is beautiful and quiet. Ideal for families or couples. You can walk to the beach. We had two markets and a gym nearby. It is also minutes away from Praia do Rosa and Garopaba. We used Uber as we went without a car. The house is great for a good vacation, more beautiful in person.

Cozy house, well decorated and well equipped. Amazing view of Silveira Beach. Thomaz was attentive, he always responded whenever we requested. I just felt that it was missing more bath towels. All the rest is great.

Silveira's house is wonderful, the highlight of the house is the view. All the rooms in the house overlook the sea and with lots of nature in the surroundings. The house is complete with all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. It is already equipped with bed and bath linens. Roberto was always very attentive to us. If we get the chance, we'll be back.

The house is just as described, it is beautiful, quiet and the surroundings are amazing, with a beautiful park and private path to the lake. It is 200 meters from the main street and 300 meters from the beach, close to restaurants and markets. Gabriela always responded to all my inquiries quickly, always very attentive. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment! The living room is large and integrated into the kitchen, which generates a very cozy atmosphere to be among friends/family. The rooms are air-conditioned, just not in the living room. The location is very good! It has a great bakery practically on the same block of the property and also a huge square (for those with children it is perfect). The main street of the center is about three blocks away… great for walking as well. Matheus was super attentive, we recommend staying at this place !!!

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, with an amazing terrace, just like the photos. It is located near the beach in a quiet residential area with a supermarket and restaurants nearby.

I really liked the complex, a lot to do, a lot of security. There is a restaurant across the street that serves delicious meat, called VIZU, and it's very well attended. The apartment was impeccable, well-stocked, super clean and very comfortable. It really was an incredible vacation!! Suzanne was the host, she answered my questions on the spot, and solved problems with kindness and promptness. Thanks Suzanne!

First, it is worth mentioning the attention given by Tom and Cida, who were very kind and attentive in relation to all instructions and assistance in relation to the apartment. The apartment and condominium are just like the pictures!! Kitchen, living room, balcony and large outdoor space, integrated and extremely comfortable for families! Fully equipped kitchen, nothing was missing!! Bedrooms: very comfortable beds, pillows. Bathrooms: very good showers, cleanliness and great basic items. Very good outdoor area, practical and private access to the beach safely. I hope to be able to come more often!! The stay was great!!

Very comfortable and cozy room, just like the description. Upon arrival, we were very well received, everything was very organized and a highlight for the animals of the place that we love! (2 cats, 2 dogs and 1 goat) About the environment: very quiet and we slept very well to the sound of the sea, which is very close. I loved the stay and we intend to return in the future :)
