IMPECCABLE is the word that best describes my stay. Everything is clean, organized, functional and cozy. The sea view is great, you can see a good part of the beach, and the breeze that blows from the sea is delightful! The accommodation manages to blend the tranquility of a secluded neighborhood with the proximity to the city center. From the stay to the city center it was about a 5-minute drive, and the nearby beaches are also easily accessible by car. The guide prepared by Giulianno was great, he managed to direct which beaches to visit and, mainly, which restaurants. The nearby beach has an access trail next to the residence, but I recommend walking a little further and going down the parallel street, especially if you are carrying beach gear.

Excellent stay, we will certainly return more often. Super-equipped and tasteful apartment, perfect location to enjoy everything on the coast, including good restaurants. And Dyego is an excellent host, willing to make your stay as comfortable and peaceful as possible. I recommend it 100%!

The stay was simply perfect! The inn is charming, very clean and well cared for, with a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Everything is done with great affection and attention to detail. The Hosts were amazing! Super considerate, kind and always available to help with whatever it takes. They made us feel at home from the first moment. debora's apartment has beautiful views,we have breakfast looking at the sea,super comfortable and quiet,Debora and her family are always attentive. Quiet ,family-friendly area,the beach is divine and is meters from the apto. There is a super close and some restaurants to go by car,I recommend those of Guarda do Embau.

I made a great stay. The place was like this in the photos. A beautiful view from the sea. It had what I needed in the apartment. The super kind hosts. And they answered any questions quickly. Close to restaurants and cafes!!

Great experience at William's place! Quiet place and easy access to the centrinho do Rosa, in addition to having made us super at ease and being very helpful! I recommend it to everyone.

I had such an incredible stay here. What I think made it very worth it was the amazing cafe attached to the place. All the staff are incredibly friendly and the food is made with such care. Also, any question I had, they were there to accommodate me the best they could. The location is quaint and it’s exactly what I wanted for a quiet get away. If I returned to Praia do Rosa, I wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again.

The space is functional, beautiful (just like the photos), has all the amenities and was super clean and fragrant. I used it to work from home and the internet worked great too! It has several windows so it's well ventilated (which should be great in the heat) but even in the cold it wasn't a problem, because the air conditioning on hot and the heated faucets saved us! Although it is next to the host's house, it has a separate entrance and you have all the privacy. Dani is a sweetheart, super helpful and available, she helped us with everything we needed.

Hosting IS unique and exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, illuminated, cozy, ventilated... Very equipped kitchen. Internet worked well. Perfect house for long stays. It is in a very quiet region, with a wonderful lagoon at the back of the houses. Finally, the Kinza host is super helpful and kind. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure in a future opportunity.

Two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, kitchen-dining room and living room together. Everything is modern and very well decorated. Everything you need for cooking. The best thing is the very spacious terrace with wonderful ocean views and a temperate jacuzzi that is appreciated when the weather is not very hot. 300 meters from the beach, everything is very nice. 100% recommendable.

A luxury, private, beautiful landscape and guest facial recognition access (set up at check-in). The place has many amenities, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, heated pool, sauna, indoor jacuzzi, 24/7 self-service minimarket (accepts Pix payment), beach chairs, umbrella, grill (we didn't use it, but it was available). All with free access, except for the private jacuzzi, which must be scheduled through Maira. My friends and I were fascinated. We had a great time, highly recommended.

Amazing place, very close to the beach with a very peaceful atmosphere. Ideal for those who want to relax in a quiet environment. It’s a little far from downtown Florianopolis (25-30 min Uber ride) but it has decent restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We had an overheating issue with the hot tub but Vanessa was extremely helpful and made sure the issue was solved before the end of our stay, which was during a holiday. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet place to relax!

their space Carlos is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and complete, it has absolutely EVERYTHING. Colchao and IMPECCABLE bed and bath linens! Ateinha de cabelo. Carlos was a very dear host and responded quickly the times I needed it! If you go to Floripa and want to stay in a beautiful and quiet place, here is your place. I'll always come back!

Our stay in Floripa was amazing in this apartment! Very comfortable and cozy! My next trip will definitely be back to the same place! I just note that the Jacuzzi is not heated and there is no observation in the description of the apartment, as we did not go in the summer, it was something that bothered us because it is the biggest attraction of the apartment that had no use.
