Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia da Armação da Piedade

This is the third time we've stayed at this house and, once again, we've had an excellent experience! The ocean view is simply stunning and makes the days even more special. The house is always very well maintained, clean and cozy — everything exactly as shown in the photos. Check-in and check-out took place at the agreed times, without any problems, and communication with the host was always clear and fast. Without a doubt, it is a place that makes us want to always return. We recommend with eyes closed!

Makian's apartment was impeccably tidy and very cozy. Very good shower! Comfortable bed and bath linens. The apartment's windows are on the side, and it is possible to have a beautiful view of the beach. Very nice to admire. Bakery, restaurant, shops… and much more, are very close to the apartment. We were treated to some pampering and we were grateful for it! The garage was a differential for our stay. Makian was always quick to answer our questions. Everything went well and the stay was great!

Perfect apartment for groups and faithful to the photos and descriptions made on Airbnb. We went with 4 friends and everything was perfect in the apartment. We felt at home literally. Andréia was very kind, helpful and well-mannered. The treats left in the apartment by Andréia even provided us with breakfast! Of unparalleled delicacy. The building has a 24-hour grocery store that complemented our accommodation. Porterers extremely gentle and supportive.

We were warmly welcomed and well accommodated, everything was impeccable from the entrance to the apartment until our departure, Marcelo always offering assistance in what we needed, and making our doubts clear. Bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms are very clean and tidy, offering everything it promised, a cozy house with a privileged view! We will definitely be back!! 💗

Juliana is one of the best hosts I've experienced, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her home and with her playful and friendly cats. Good location for beach through a exotic and a little hidden lagoon pathway, and good distance to the market for groceries. I would love to come visit again!

I was recently there with my family, and when we first arrived in the neighborhood and its surroundings, we were surprised by the high level, order, security and the view of the surroundings. We were warmly and kindly welcomed by Ana, a movie-worthy place, nature, with an ocean view, and with direct access to the beach from the house, and you can see the best sunset. Three-bedroom apartment that accommodates a family. Good location.

The apartment is excellent, just like in the pictures. Condominio with great structure, even more with children. Restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, beach, all of this you can do on foot. Very well located and safe. We made the trip with a 4-month-old and a 2-year-old baby, they were totally willing to leave a crib and an auxiliary bed, which showed total care for the guests. We just made bad luck that the thermal pool went into maintenance the day we arrived, but it's things that happen and we can't control it. Janaína always available and flexible to our demands. It was a great stay and we would definitely be staying at the apartment again.

New, cozy, well-decorated, clean, very well-located apartment with all the amenities for a perfect stay. I recommend it. Host Gabriela is uniquely attentive to guests, always attentive and available to help with anything. Anyway, when I return to Florianópolis to stay in Campeche, I already have the right address.
