The apartment is wonderful, beautiful landscape, very clean house, wonderful Jacuzzi. Alexandre was very attentive and helpful.

Super new, clean and comfortable apartment. Very well equipped, we barbecued and used the kitchen as if we were at home. Maysa was super attentive and flexible, gave clear instructions and was very proactive to make us feel well accommodated. The apartment is in a very privileged point of the beach, with the best restaurants right on the sand and walking distance from the restaurants at night.

Perfect stay, the loft is incredible, the host is very attentive, we stayed the weekend and I have no words to praise, a 1000. I'll be back more often!!

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

We went as a family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, it has an excellent location within the condominium: close to the beach and in front of the market that the condominium has (which, by the way, has a fair price). The view from the balcony is of the mountains, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the garage and the entire check-in process was excellent. I recommend it!

The house in Ilhabela was hands down one of the most beautiful Airbnbs any of us had stayed in all over the world. House was clean and comfortable and easily fit a group of 9 people. A little bit of a walk to get into town but the views make up for it.

The house is even better than it looks in the pictures! Super complete, spacious and comfortable — we were positively surprised as soon as we arrived. The environments are very well cared for, and the space is even larger than we imagined. A very special highlight goes to Ingrid, who is extremely attentive, always available and helpful in everything we need. Ronaldo also deserves praise, always concerned about whether everything was right, if we needed anything — they made all the difference in our stay! The only point to consider is access to the house: it is on top of a hill and the climb is very steep, with many holes and ditches. Not every car climbs easily. But despite this, it is something beyond the control of the hosts and definitely did not prevent us from enjoying every moment. We highly recommend the stay and we would definitely be back!

The experience was excellent! I brought my grandmother to meet Ilhabela and the accommodations were very beautiful and well cared for. The house is right in front of the beach exit, where there is a tree with shade all day, ensuring a cool place to enjoy all day. All very well cared for and organized. Thank you very much!

We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven and it is close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the guidelines correctly. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

Our stay was great, the house is extremely well located and functional, very clean and without clutter or smell of mold or anything like that, which ended up exceeding our expectations. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good, the kitchen has a multitude of good quality utensils and appliances and the ground floor offers rooms, bathroom, outdoor area, barbecue and a stunning and priceless view of the sea and beach. We were able to have coffee and meals while admiring the sea, and even when using the kitchen, the stunning view stole our attention. This is a property that is worth every penny. The house is on the avenue that leads to the beach, so there are all kinds of shops around. The caretaker couple assisted us on arrival and conveyed security, promptly answering any questions, and also made us totally comfortable, without unsolicited interactions. The house has an alarm, which we think is good too. Anyway, a 10! We'll be back for sure.

The place is an absolute drean come true, breathtaking views, absolutely perfect and matches the pictures, in addition, all crew were very responsive and caring all the time, would definitely recommend Bnbguests for my friends and family.

First of all, I have to admit that Luciana is amazing! He responded to all messages promptly and responded to two requests without any difficulty. The location is great and you just have to cross the street to get to the beach (tower 11). The apartment has all the amenities needed for a peaceful stay on the beach! I highly recommend the place and, especially, Luciana!!!

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

The apartment is excellent and very close to the beach! The parking lot that the condominium offers is very close to the beach, which makes it easy to take things to the beach! Super quiet and pleasant place! We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay. It rained a lot during the period I was at the house, so having comfort, kitchen equipment, barbecue and everything working was great. The house is exactly as shown in the photos - maybe even a little better. All kitchen utensils were clean, as were the rooms. Very well equipped house. The host's service and the information provided were impeccable! I recommend it.

We loved the stay. Positive points: Well located, 2 blocks from the beach, clean and well organized house, all closed with screens and free of insects, well equipped (glasses, kitchen utensils, ...only the coffee maker was broken but there was a strainer), fantastic barbecue, top showers, super quiet and well-frequented place, without noisy people, safe place with 24-hour concierge, photos just like the residence. Great for spending a few days with the family, accommodating 5 people very well. Opportunities for improvement: Larger trash can in the kitchen, softer mattresses and without additional covers (my preference), cabinets a little worn by the sea air, but in good condition, a little more facilities offered in the service such as putting and removing rented bed linens (detail) and a little more agility in communication.
