Everything was magnificent, the building's amenities, the kitchen equipment, the cleanliness, the warmth, and the incredible location in front of Praia Grande, along with the host's attention, make it undoubtedly the best experience I've had on a vacation... We can't wait to come back, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!

Perfect, in all aspects, the accommodation excellent, from the reception we were super well received, by the receptionist Andreza, Silvia a unique person who responds and guides us quickly, Louise a blessed and attentive person, the duplex wonderful, an incredible view, a comfort that does not need to be better, it has everything you need to enjoy great days in Búzios, I highly recommend it and God willing we will return

I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All shops nearby and the beach a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with courtesy and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.

Nice spacious apartment the view alone is stellar close enough to walk into center but Ubers work just fine as well. Zero complaints. Allowed later checkout on a rainy day was nice of host

The house is extremely well cared for, organized, with clean and fragrant bed and bath linens, and a breathtaking view. A true haven! The service of the staff was excellent — Lene, Jessica, Eliete and Naldo were attentive, helpful and very kind throughout the stay. I felt really welcomed! I was even surprised with an orchid as a birthday gift, since I was celebrating this special date there. A delicate and unforgettable gesture that demonstrates the care and affection for each guest. The house is wonderful, very well-equipped, comfortable and conveys peace. I've tried to book again for the summer, but I totally understand why you're fully booked... everyone deserves to have this experience! I highly recommend it and will be back as soon as I have a new opportunity. Gratitude for everything! 🙏🏻

Great location, steps from the beach and beautiful view. Large, spacious and clean house. The pool is smaller than what you see in the photos but enough to cool off. Carlos was always attentive and asking about our needs. We would come back anyways.

Our stay in Arraial do Cabo was absolutely perfect! The apartment was beautiful—clean, spacious, and very safe. From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. It was relaxing and enjoyable through and through. Thank you Mirtes!

Laura's penthouse was exactly what we were looking for, secure, facing the beach with the beautiful sea view, beautiful sunset, space for family barbecue. It was the perfect choice to reunite with our family. If we come back to the area, we will surely try to stay at this apartment again.

We loved the apartment, very nice view, very complete, everything it offered, the pool was beautiful. We had a problem, but we were able to solve it with the owner of the place who was complaining about some scratches on the TVs. I am convinced that we didn't do it because we hadn't even plugged in the one in the room because we didn't use it. But then, luckily, he was able to find out that it had been another guest or the cleaning people themselves. And I was more relaxed there. The only thing to add is that the location is wrong on Google Maps. When you put the address, it marks it in the center of Rua das Pedras, and it is almost at Praia dos Osos. It happened when I arrived and when I called the Uber to take us. Maybe we need to fix that. After everything, amazing! The service, the The place, the view, and the equipment that the place has is super complete, nothing is missing.
