We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. The house has an en-suite with a queen-size bed and air-conditioning, and another bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a double bed) and air-conditioning, a guest bathroom, Wi-Fi, a living room with a ceiling fan, a Smart TV, a full kitchen and a very nice balcony.
