Beautiful place! Luxury penthouse, beautiful view, first-class apartment decor, highlighting the bedding that was impeccable and in all bathrooms with liquid soap, shampoo and quality conditioner. A balcony with a barbecue area and a view that is difficult to describe because it is so beautiful, plus a wine cellar full of high-quality wines. Another special point was the receptivity of the Host Yasmim and her husband, who was excellent, where she showed us the entire apartment. When I return to Guarapari, I will definitely stay there again

New apartment, fully equipped, super comfortable, I felt at home. Laudiceia, which was our host, very attentive and always worried if everything was going well. 24h gate, super insurance, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bars all close.

The apartment is in perfect condition (painting of walls and impeccable plaster ceiling), electronic lock on the door. 3 bedrooms (2 are suite) very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are in good condition, the apartment has a gas heater, working perfectly. The concierge of the building is 24h and easy to access, the building has foot lava on the ground floor (as it is close to the beach). I will definitely locate again when I go to Guarapari.

The apartment is excellent, with plenty of space, well ventilated, appliances and electronics available, everything very clean, organized and the main thing is very well located, close to everything. The apartment is very well located, right on the sand, and close to the shops and restaurants in downtown Guarapari. It's even better than the photos! Clean, fragrant and with all the amenities needed to spend a more than peaceful season - even without washing anything, since it has a dishwasher and washing machine. Mariana is very friendly and communication with her was very easy, always assertive and flexible when possible. He provided us with all the necessary details, as well as super useful information for the time we stayed in the city. I SUPER recommend the apartment and hope to return soon! A point of attention for those who go is really the garage, which is really very tight...

Great place to stay - Maria was extremely responsive and helpful, and went out of her way to arrange a taxi for us back to Vitoria airport. Her parents were also extremely welcoming and everything went very smoothly throughout. Very comfy rooms and great facilities! We highly recommend Maria's place to anyone wishing to stay in the area :)

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard. We were treated very well by Paulo and his father Luiz Carlos. The house is excellent, in measure, but the real view is MORE BEAUTIFUL than in the photos! Besides, it's a 5-minute walk to the beach!

It is well worth the accommodation. It is extremely close to the beach, just a corner away from the beach of the hill, very well located. The extra good market is practically next door, not to mention the markets and restaurants. The apartment was impeccable with clean and overcomes the photos of the ad. We were very happy and satisfied with the comfort, with the location, with everything that the apt provided. Too much worth it! My family was delighted. We went in a group of 8 people and a baby and it was all very quiet and tasty. We stayed 9 days.
