Excellent! Exactly like the photos and descriptions. We really like hosting! The beach behind the building is cozy, ideal for those who like smaller/quieter beaches. Praia das Castanheiras is super close, you can walk there. Mr. Luiz was very helpful every time we needed to contact him.

We had a great week in the apartment. The space is comfortable and spacious, with a super complete kitchen, with all items for those who like to cook. Everything was very organized and clean, with bed linens, towels, soaps, shampoo. Communication with Adriana has always been very easy, she is a great host. The only point that can improve is the way the electricity is charged by the meter, otherwise everything is great.

The apartment is as described in the ad, with great location, is cool, ventilated and comfortable. I didn't miss anything. It was clean and with everything new and in perfect condition.

The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.
