It offers privacy, peace and space, yet is in the metropolis and within reach of the lively center of Prague. Good transport connections by car and public transport (the center is 15 minutes away by train, which is a 10-minute walk away). This is my primary home, which is fully adapted for guests. I am not present in the house during the guests' stay; the whole house is for you. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room with a kitchen. Outside the house, there is a garden with a small natural swimming pond, a terrace, and two parking spaces.

A family house built in the 1960s. The ground floor apartment has been partially renovated. Completely new fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet and shower. The bedrooms are equipped with new beds, otherwise furnished with original furniture in retro style. The building is located in a large garden planted with fruit trees. A pleasant sitting area under the mature vine at the house. The garden is equipped with a large trampoline, a pizza grill and a Weber grill are available to visitors.

Child friendly with large garden, safe deck, playground, swimming pool. Easily reachable by public transport (tram or direct bus to 3 metro stations). Very well located for visitors travelling by plane ( 7 Km from airport ) or car (only 500 meters from Prague main highway traffic hubb) Nearby supermarkets, shopping centers and parks

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close to Prague (20 minutes on the train). Safe, quiet environment with secluded parking ..3 800 m2 of garden and lawns that are not overlooked. Fence all around and safe ..Direct access to woods and hiking...Lots of biking opportunities and pubs all around... Close to the Vltava river and ferry to the Zoo....Pool if it gets hot, and BBQ area and patio for the evenings outside.. Strictly no parties, and not suitable for young groups, or smokers.

Excellent place for anyone who wants to visit Prague and at the same time bike, do home exercise, enjoy a private sauna, or walk in the beautiful countryside. Small pubs including a brewery in walking distance. For kids garden with trampoline and swings. The room is located in larger family house. Owners live in the house too. So book it if you like to meet us. If you prefer independent apartment/hotel style then we are not the right choice. The room is best for 2 guests.
