Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place. The independent building consists of many separate small apartments with full basic amenities. 5.2 km from Wenceslas Square, 200 m from the tram station, convenient transportation to the city center. The apartment is on the semi-basement floor, the rooms have no windows but have a very airy ventilation system. Especially in the summer, it is hot outside but the apartment is always naturally cool without the need for air conditioning.

This small and cozy apartment is in calm place on the edge of Prague. Bus stop , groceries shop or pub is just 50 meters from you. There is no parking troubles and you can be in city center of Prague in one hour by bus. By car you can be in city center really fast. This place is just for calm people who respect others privacy and like to chill at home without noise and screaming. Because you neighbour is cute and pretty nice lady who want enjoy her retairment 🙂
