The house is in a new neighborhood near the center, 800 meters from the beach, and close to a supermarket, etc. In the leisure area, we have an illuminated swimming pool, pergola, gourmet kitchen with table, freezer, electric barbecue, stove, and bathroom. A large garden where you can take your pet and parking. Inside the house, you will find a super-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, electric iron, microwave, blender, etc. Four air-conditioned bedrooms, a TV room with Wi-Fi, and 3 bathrooms.
