Coucou cottage, a 300 year old stone house newly renovated to a high standard. Living, dining and kitchen area, all open plan. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a double bedroom on the ground floor with family bathroom. Wheelchair access possible. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A third bedroom with king size double bed and en suite shower room. The large outdoor covered terrace looks over the garden and private swimming pool and BBQ area.Lovely country views.

Ce logement, avec sa pièce dédiée au grand jacuzzi (6 places) vous propose un séjour de détente inoubliable. La cuisine, parfaitement équipée s'ouvre sur un salon/salle à manger de 50m2 très lumineux et confortable. Le décor est sobre et cosy. La chambre, coté jardin, est calme et douillette. Le canapé du salon avec sa literie de qualité offre 2 couchages supplémentaires. La cour devant et le jardin sont des espaces très agréables et indépendants. Dans un joli village à 5 mn de St-Cirq-Lapopie.

You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

Entièrement rénovée, elle dispose de deux chambres (1 lit 140cm et 1 lit 180cm), un bureau / salle de jeu avec clic clac, un grand salon avec véranda et terrasse ainsi qu'un jardin et un parking privé. La maison est entièrement équipée et climatisée. A savoir sur le logement : - la maison ne dispose pas d'un accès handicapé. - la maison se situe a côté d'une ligne de train (environ 10 passages/jour de 5 secondes)

It has a large kitchen-dinning area that opens up to a spacious terrace with wonderful views, along with a large garden. Its location is strategic for the various activities offered in the region, whether they are cultural or sports-related.

Our 1 bedroom cottage was renovated in 2022 and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!

Vous pouvez dèjà faire de nombreuse ballade à pieds autour du village.
