La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

This peaceful accommodation in the middle of nature offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in Rodés, slightly away from the village. 20 minutes from Perpignan and 10 minutes from Prades, the location is perfect for discovering the many classified sites (Castelnou, Eus, Villefranche...). You will also enjoy Lake Vinça (within a 5-minute walk) for lovers of walks or bike rides. The lake has an inflatable play structure for the children.

You can unload your car and then enjoy all of Collioure's amenities on foot. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends. The pool and jacuzzi are unavailable; a prefectural decree does not allow its use. The Eastern Pyrenees are on high drought alert
