The hotel is very nice, in an accessible area, very close to the river, 10 minutes from downtown and 15 from the beach. The pool is great, it's not heated but with the heat the water was warm. The room fulfills its function, very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and always attentive to our requests, it just doesn't have parking but the area is quiet. I recommend it 10/10

The only little detail that I noticed, with which I had no problem, but it did make me feel a little uncomfortable, when they checked me in it was very fast and when I checked out they counted spoon by spoon, glass by glass. Amazing experience! A spectacular place in nature to rest and relax. The palapa is completely private. Spectacular common areas of the property, your pets can enjoy them 100%. The friendly staff, Alma is always attentive. The spa experience was also amazing. The restaurant with the chef, with a gastronomy of 10 and is always attentive to your food. It will be worth the experience!

Nice house with marble floors and high ceilings. Beautiful yard with lush plants and trees. I loved relaxing in the hammock and sitting in the rocking chairs on the patio. Next to a middle school where the kids come and go in their uniforms. The host is nice and helpful.

The service was wonderful at all times. The only thing that needs improvement is the service at the restaurant, all the waiters are in a bad mood, but other than that everything is great and the service provided by Administrator Cassandra was wonderful.

It was very comfortable, he was always attentive, although it has areas for improvement, such as the trash can for toilet paper, it would be good if it were bigger, but my stay was very good. RECOMMENDED!

Great place to enjoy the beach, lots of privacy. Unfortunately my husband and I went when there was bad weather and we could not enjoy it due to the rains and strong winds, and because of an emergency we had to return, but the stay was amazing. I will definitely return in a suitable season, the place is wonderful, just in front of the sea and very friendly when providing breakfast.
