Ideally located for sightseeing trips: 1 hour from Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, 45 minutes from the Poitevin marsh, and 1.5 hours from the Charente and Vendée coasts. Horseback riding. Duvet with cover not provided, possible for an extra charge of €20. Towels not provided. No smoking in the tree house.

Studio located at the back of the owner's garden with pool shared with the owner. Kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, living area with sofa bed (good quality bedding), mezzanine with 2 beds (1 single bed, 1 double bed) (note that the ceiling height is 95 cm).
