This space will be a HOME FOR YOU! All 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning, an excellent advantage for an extremely hot city during the summer. I accept pets (small).

Welcome to Paraty! Our house is in the Jabaquara neighborhood, 200 meters from the beach. New, complete, airy and comfortable house. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites with air-conditioning. Free Wi-Fi. House NOT attached. Relatively new, tourist neighborhood with lots of restaurants and kiosks in front of the beach. Great location. It has a supermarket and a bus stop nearby. About 5 minutes by car to the historic center or a 20-25 minute walk.
