Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. It is 33 square meters and has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, a living room, 1bathroom and veranda with jacuzzi is not heated. You deliver it clean with sheets and towels and there is not a service include during your stay.

It was built by the Venetians in the 15th century as a part of a complex of 24 houses joined into a square defensive form that surrounded and protected the main tower that used to be there. This complex of houses is called 'Kastro' meaning castle. The house retains all charm from the past and offers the ideal holiday house. This cozy house is located in the heart of the village of Antiparos.

Kiter's paradise beach house is a cosy place to relax. It has an amazing view to Antiparos island. Our villa is located in walking distance (700m) from Pounta, the best place to kite. Access Antiparos island by foot, we are 100m far from the ferry. Sauna is provided on demand, for an additional charge.
