La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. On the ground floor, a bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people 160 x 200, a bathroom, a toilet and a cellar. Upstairs, a mezzanine, a bedroom with 1 bed 2 people 140 x 190 and a bedroom with 2 beds 1 person 90 x 190, a bathroom with toilet, bathtub and vanity. Outside, a terrace, a covered shelter, a fountain.

At the foot of the Huelgoat forest, the 90 m2 house can accommodate up to 6 guests. This is a recent renovation February /March 2025. It has 2 bedrooms, and a Bz in the living room, with a view of the forest. The south-facing garden is enclosed, and can safely accommodate your children, or your pet. Close to amenities on foot (large area 3 minutes away, center of town 5 minutes) . Morlaix Bay and its beaches 25 minutes away. Looking forward to welcoming you:)

Dating back to 1860, it combines old charm and modernity with kitchen, bathroom, living room, lounge, two bedrooms, park, terrace and private pool under a sun-heated veranda. We are Philippe and Catherine, hosts passionate about our garden. We welcome you with our dog Sally, but we can't accept any other animals. Apartment for two people, on the first floor, without elevator. Double glazing. It is located in the city center of Carhaix-Plouguer, on a small street (almost pedestrian in summer). There are several car parks all around. Bars, restaurants and other shops are within walking distance. It is very pleasant to stay in... Wifi & Orange TV. A cleaning fee can be negotiated. The D'Kannerezh Aiguillon laundromat is a few meters away.
