Vacation rentals in Poulata

Yesterday we left Green Leaf Cottage with sadness because we didn't want to leave. The place is beautiful, even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. Every detail was carefully thought out so you won't want for anything during your stay. The kitchen is beautiful and very well-equipped, perfect if you want to cook during your stay. It's a small house, perfect for couples. The location is incredible; you have views of the mountains and the sea. It's very close to the town walking distance. The town is also very charming, small and beautiful. A huge thank you to Nikoletta and her husband for their warm welcome. We would definitely come back again :)

We could not have enjoyed Octupus’s Garden more! There were three of us and the house was perfect in every way. Dionysia and her brother Dimitri were so lovely and accommodating . The location was perfect- could easily walk everywhere in town. Having two bathrooms with 3 people was a big plus. The place was super clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I highly recommend their place and Boulevard boats … 5 stars all around

Marianna and her mom Soula are truly amazing people—so kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We absolutely loved the cozy place—it was charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed. And the location couldn’t have been better—just a 2-minute walk to one of the best beaches we’ve ever been to! We’re so grateful to Marianna and Soula for sharing their beautiful home with us. It was such a special stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

località super tranquilla e silenziosa in posizione strategica per gli spostamenti. 2 taverne tradizionali a pochi metri. temperatura acqua e clima impeccabili. abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento al piano terra ed era talmente tranquillo che abbiamo dormito per 15 notti a finestre aperte pur non essendoci le inferiate.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!

Wow!! We cannot recommend this stunning villa and space enough. We are already making plans to return. We were a group of 6, and we utilised all features of this beautiful place, the infinity pool, BBQ area and rooftop balcony. The stay would not have been the same without the kind help and recommendations of Aggelos. With the cleaning service, pool upkeep and local recommendations including a stunning boat trip to the Blue Caves, and a fantastic butcher for the BBQ, he is a very helpful host. A truly unique, quiet and relaxing space to enjoy with friends or family. Stunning views with easy access to shops, restaurants and bars, at the bottom of the bay. We rented a car for the trip, be careful driving up to the villa as the roads are uneven - When parking a car, park up on the right side of the Villa, not the left! Thank you Aggelos and Spyrios for a wonderful stay.

Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο πολύ προσεγμένο με μοντέρνες πινελιές. Ιδικά για εμάς που είχαμε μικρό παιδάκι έπαιζε με ασφάλεια μέσα και έξω από το σπίτι και χάρηκε την παραμονή μας και ακόμα μας ρωτάει πότε θα ξανά πάμε στο ωραίο σπιτάκι! Στο μέλλον θα είναι ακόμα καλύτερο για όποιον το επιλέξει μιας και ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι σε εξέλιξη αναδιαμορφωσης του εξωτερικού χώρου. Ακόμα και για το ηλικιωμένο άτομο που είχαμε μαζί μας ήταν πολύ εύκολο να μετακινηθεί σε όλους τους χώρους του σπιτιού μέσα και έξω. Είναι σε αρκετά καλή περιοχή σε όποιο σημείο του νησιού κι αν θέλεις να πας. Ο κ. Κωνσταντίνος που μας υποδέχτηκε μας παρέλαβε από το λιμάνι και μας συνόδευσε μέχρι το σπίτι. Ήταν διαθέσιμος ότι ώρα κι αν τον καλέσαμε για οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία όπως και με τις εξαιρετικές προτάσεις που μας έκανε για αξιοθέατα και φαγητό. Είναι ένα κατάλυμα που σίγουρα θα προτιμήσω σε επόμενη μου επίσκεψη και σίγουρα θα προτείνω σε όποιον θέλει να επισκεφτεί το νησί.
