The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

It is on the ground floor of the castle of Mimont à flan de mont that we offer you an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping pong, swimming ( attention closed pools: September to April not heated)

Newly renovated, it is located in a closed enclosure with parking that can accommodate several vehicles. (10 minutes from Nevers and 5 minutes from the highway). You can enjoy all the outdoors and existing amenities that you will be surprised to discover upon arrival. For safety reasons (water points nearby…) children are not allowed.
