We enjoyed our stay at Carin's apartment. Rooms were spacious, and the apartment was spotless. It was located 1.2 miles from the historic Kingston Stockade area and even closer to the historic Roundout area. The people of Kingston were extremely nice, and our hostess, Carin, was no exception. She made our stay there comfortable and pleasant. I will most certainly return to her place if I have to travel to Kingston again. P.S. If this is your first time in Kingston and you are interested in the town's history, you may want to check the Friends of Kingston Historic Society site and download its self-guided tours.

Kathy was a great host and very accommodating. She communicated clearly and promptly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean - it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect , right on the river with stunning views. It was peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!

We spent a peaceful five days relaxing in the beautiful surroundings of this cabin. Steven graciously accepted our last minute reservation and also our request to extend our stay since we were having such a lovely time. No one was staying in the main house while we were there so we had the grounds to ourselves. The cabin itself is spotless and minimalist, with everything you need to cook in the modern kitchen or grill outside. We stayed with our pup and enjoyed walking him five minutes down the road to explore the town park (we had it to ourselves in mid-May but imagine it’s much busier during the summer). WiFi is super fast and we were able to work remotely without issue.

This was the absolute best choice ever! I am coming back and staying for an entire week this summer to explore further some great places we found and to enjoy this adorable apartment! The beds were the most comfortable I've ever experienced in an Airbnb and I've stayed at many. I slept soundlessly, which is rare for me! The snacks and attention to detail was great. The apartment was so comfortable! I felt right at home. It was easy to make excellent meals in the well equipped kitchen - we had everything we needed and the pots, pans and knives are all brand new, again much better than other Airbnbs I've visited. Sitting on the cafe chairs looking out at the beautiful backyard and woods was so incredibly peaceful and serene. We saw deer grazing and soaked in the sweet and natural landscape while we ate breakfast and coffee. What a fantastic stay! I didn't want to leave. Our time here was way too short. I definitely will be back! Don't overthink it, just book it!

Definitely the most peaceful bnb I’ve stayed at! Right on the river, big yard with fire pits, not too far from the cute little town and a ton of nature surrounding. Was a great stay, Kelly was very attentive. Would definitely book this spot again.

I had a wonderful stay! The views were absolutely stunning, and everything was so convenient and easily accessible. The location is perfect for walking around—so much to explore nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located spot!

My husband and I spent 4 nights here and loved our stay! The space is great, spacious, really comfortable and has everything you need. You are walking distance from the station and all local amenities. We found the location very peaceful and quiet. The outside balconies are awesome too!

Had an amazing stay at Lynn’s in Beacon. The location was lovely, so quiet and peaceful, and super close to Main Street. Only had to walk a few blocks for everything we needed. The place was sparkling clean with clear instructions for everything, easy check-in/ check-out. Would 100% stay again. Thanks again!

I loved staying at this rental. First of all, Jude and Bruce were very helpful and quick to respond. They provided clear instructions on finding the house and entering the apartment. Bruce was there to greet me and explain and show me everything I needed to know about the space. It was very clean and I had everything I needed and more. I was very pleased to see they have an electric kettle because I use one at home all the time. They had a great selection of coffee and tea (I'm a tea drinker). The location was great, as I was there for a weekend workshop at the Omega Institute, which was very close by. Bruce even made sure to give me the correct instructions to get to the Institute because GPS couldn't be counted on. The house is tucked away and surrounded by trees. It was quiet and peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Heather’s place. The location was convenient. The space was a pictured and described. She was extremely helpful and responsive prior to check in and during our stay. Definitely recommend!

Nick & Mar were responsive and ready to assist with any issues during our stay. The stay was cozy and accommodating, recommended for hiking in the nearby region and escaping the city!

This was such a unique stay, with the ability to all the farm animals from a deck. My family absolutely loved the experience of watching the Llamas and Alpacas especially since they're not as commonly found in this part of the country. The kitchen had all the amenities of a modern kitchen, the bathroom was great, the sleeping area for two guests was very comfortable, the third guest felt a bit cramped sleeping in the LR, and the slight slope in the floor made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the hosts made our stay very fulfilling by accommodating our requests, and were super responsive when we contacted them during our stay.

Diana is warm and accessible. That is a gift. And, it is such a special place- the sounds of birds and rustling leaves in the trees- and forest you see from every window. Its a touch of a drive but so worth it. Everything is in perfect condition and Diana's taste in color, texture and art is elegant- yet simple, mildly rustic, and still- old charm. It is private and safe. I know I will be back there one day. It was like a retreat!

Lots of space. Appreciated that we could bring our cat. The electric fireplace was a nice touch especially since the weather for May was cold and rainy. All the amenities were provided for a nice stay. Check out the Center for Performing Arts for a show during your stay. That was a nice bonus.

Bill’s house was wonderful for a girls weekend/ Marist reunion! The space was beautifully decorated and had so much character! We easily walked to campus and felt safe and comfortable while we were at the house and in the surrounding area. We look forward to coming again in the future! Thank you for the memories!

Lovely and clean place. Served our purposes great. Comfortable and cozy. The pullout couch was very serviceable. Only small thing missing was a bedside lamp of any kind to read by at night. Very enjoyable stay overall.
