Monthly Rentals in Potomac, Alexandria

Exactly as pictured. The space was perfect for our family of three. Bed was very comfortable, lots of storage space, pull out couch for our little one. Close to the city it was an easy drive in and around the area. Laundry downstairs. Just a couple things to note as described there is no elevator, from the parking lot you go down steep stairs and the sidewalk to the building also has steps a little difficult to navigate with bags, suitcases and little ones, then you walk up to the 4th floor apartment. The windows do not blockout any noise, you will hear all outside noise.

Me and my parents loooved this place. It would be perfect if it had a TV and the living room light was working all right, but since we didn't stay in a lot everything was great. The neighborhood was super clean and safe for walking around, it was located very close to a capital bike station and a train station which helped a lot since we weren't driving. It was also pretty close to a Target and other stores. The house was really clean compared to other Airbnb houses I've been to. It's perfect for people that are travelling with kids. They provide a cooking top, utensils, coffee and basic seasonings so you can easily make a meal. We would definitely rent it again!

Beautiful place, just as described. Clean, quiet, comfortable, bright and airy, even on the rainy day when we checked in. Best check in directions, with photos, we have encountered in a while. We will stay here again next time we visit Alexandria.

Anne is very thorough when checking on a guest. She wants people to feel comfortable and makes sure they understand how to operate the appliances in the home. She has a garden and doesn't mind sharing the fresh herbs and berries in them. Initially, I was bummed about the strict check-out time (out by 8:00 am), but due to a delay in the cleaning service's ability to arrive to clean the place, I was able to check out at 11:00 am. She was responsive to questions or concerns I had. Her home is immaculate! She explained the cleaning/sterilization process, so this is a great place to stay for people who suffer from allergies. The neighborhood is quiet, and you are within walking distance of a few restaurants, a grocery store, and some shops.
