Check in was fine. Despite the different opinions about Orbi City, the facility has enough elevators so you don't have to wait more than a minute for one to arrive. The apartment is very clean and nice. The views from the window were impressive, on the one hand the mountains, on the other the sea. I highly recommend this place :)

Clean and beautiful room with a great view. I recommend all tourists to rent it. The owner is very kind and understanding. He refunds travelers' money if they change their flight. For me, this is the most beautiful apartment I've seen in Batumi.

I was a solo traveller and worked mostly from the house during the day . Wifi worked well most of the time. I didn't have a car . The host were very kind enough to drive me to the beach and botanical garden . the elderly couple don't speak English so well but their son speaks well . The walk down to the center takes about 20 mins and it takes you through a nice green path . Just pay attention while coming back in the night, most of the taxi followed the Navigation to reach the place and would get lost couple of times in the night. I would definitely revisit this place again 😊

I selected the place because I had to move from previous one and did not want to go far. It looks less cozy on images than for real (maybe the images colder color tone). However I liked the place more than I expected. In the mornings in the bedroom you get the abundance of sun light so you day starts positively and spirited. As of equipment, everything is there, I did not recall anything I would miss. Irakli was always in touch, I had no issues addressing him on different matters. Bookmarked for the future stays. Thanks!

Check-in was hassle-free, Khatia wrote a few days beforehand and clarified whether we would come. On the day of arrival, the host gave clear instructions for check-in. We promptly received an answer to any question. When we left, they made concessions and allowed us to leave at a convenient time. Thank you very much, we recommend this place.

Great location, in the center of the city. There are restaurants nearby, shops and all see sights. 10 minutes walk from the city. There is everything needed in the apartment. It’s on the first floor and clean building.

Had a lovely stay in this hotel. easy check in and communication with host was fantastic, she even offered a later check out (depends on availability). Location is great with the beach nearby and fantastic restaurants nearby. Everywhere is walkable and the room has everything you need for a basic stay. However, please note that if you want to leave your baggage after check out with the reception, it is 5 GEL per bag. Also note that the building is 50 floors with about 6 lifts so you might have to wait awhile for the lift up/squeeze in the lift especially when it is peak season. Other than that, highly recommend this place and i will definitely book this place again if i am ever in Batumi.

We were lucky to find this wonderful apartment! Traveled with two families: four adults and three kids. Everyone is perfectly accommodated, the sea is a 10-minute walk, the center is also a 15-minute walk! The apartment itself is very beautiful, equipped with taste and soul! A large kitchen - a dining room, a large balcony - a godsend, we spent evenings here! Many thanks to the friendly hosts! We'll come again!

We stayed for more than a month with Irisha, after spending a month in the airport area Pros: Central neighborhood Very close to the beach Phenomenal sunset view Comfortable apartment Good shower pressure Great spacious sofa Bakery in front of the building with great Shoti Many markets around operating 24h Cheap and good bars less than a 10-minute walk Cons The elevator works on a pretty ridiculous card system. Irisha left us cards with enough charge for the entire stay. If you run out of charge or it's your first time, you don't need a card to get to the 21st floor. You can go up there and down the stairs (the apartment is on the 17th floor). This is the only negative point, and it has more to do with the building itself than with Irisha, because the other buildings in Batumi work the same way. DON'T FORGET TO WATER THE PLANT, so it stays beautiful and green. Just use the water that falls from the air conditioning

Great apartment with everything needed for comfort stay. The host is really welcome, leaves fruits and mineral water for its guests. The place is fantastically clean and has fresh look. The bed is truly comfy and give a feeling like home. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and accommodate a large fridge necessary for long stay. Located on the second floor so no hassle with elevators and payments :-). Close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and sea shore. Not located on the busy street so no noise coming from the road. The downsides are: No tv channels, only YouTube or other streaming platforms. Barking dogs at evenings and sometimes at nights. Poor sound isolation to neighbor place. The host respond quite slow to the messages Check-in procedure is not self check in! but relies on your phone and babushka :-) availability.... No views from windows, but the host do not conceal it at all :-) just check the name.... Overall, highly recommended !!!!!!!!

We had a delightful stay at Natia's apartment in Batumi. Perfectly situated in the heart of old Batumi, it's a mere stone's throw from Piazza Batumi and a brief walk to the sea and main attractions. The surrounding area boasts numerous bars and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The two-level apartment is a blend of comfort and modern style. Immaculately clean, its well-thought-out design ensures privacy even with multiple guests. Every amenity we needed was available, making our stay hassle-free. Natia proved to be an exceptional host, promptly addressing any minor issues we encountered. A word of caution: the central location means nights can be a tad noisy. However, the convenience and charm of the place more than make up for it. If you're seeking a prime location and comfort in Batumi, we highly recommend Natia's place.

House was really nice and clean I was with my family and we really enjoyed

The hotel is located in one of the most picturesque spots of Kvariati. The room has everything you need and more and is perfect for a family stay. Large, comfortable bed, splendid view from the balcony, the host was very kind to provide us with a bed for our infant. I highly recommend this place and the host Katerina. Will be happy to come back again.

The location is excellent, the flat is clean, David brought / took to the airport, attentive, always in touch.Really thankful to have the opportunity to stay there during our trip.

Victor has a very nice place altough it can be noisy sometimes with all the construcions going on but the view worth the disturbance. He is a great communicator and was very flexible with everything. Thanks for hosting us!
