Very good, to be honest, that's why I decided to stay three more days. Honestly, I recommend it. The housekeeper is very attentive, responds quickly, the place is quiet and comfortable. If I return, I will ask to stay there again, so 100 percent recommended.

The house is great, everything is very clean, organized and easy to access. The neighborhood is very quiet, it is a few minutes from Costaneira, but on site it has everything we need, such as a market, pet shop and ice cream parlor. Since we arrived, Siomara and Mariano welcomed us and remained in contact and helpful whenever we needed it. Definitely the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at.

The accommodation is excellent for a grill and an afternoon in the pool. In addition, the service from Alejandra is impeccable, very attentive and helpful.

Marcos' space is wonderful, highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable house in the middle of nature to rest, with the possibility of enjoying the city, the beaches and the waterfront that are also close to the residence. The pool was always impeccably clean, the bed is extremely large and comfortable, the barbecue is great for barbecuing and the grounds also have an exit to the river that allows you to see an incredible sunset. Another point to be highlighted is the kindness of Marcos and his wife, we were very well received and had great conversations, really very kind and pleasant people. It is more than recommended.

Great apartment, very nice and with a nice pool. Beautiful exterior with a hammock and garden furniture. Quite well located because there is a bus right next door that goes into the center. On the other hand, the wifi connection is quite unstable so you don't need it too much. Leandro and Maira are very responsive.

It was a truly pleasant stay in a very quiet area with supermarkets just a short walk away and the center or the waterfront a 10-minute walk away. Cristina was an excellent host, available and friendly. He even got me a coffee maker since I'm addicted to coffee. I'll definitely be back

The apartment is as shown in the photo, it is warm, you feel at home. I travel a lot, and I can say that this is the first time I have found a complete apartment. It is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, cleaning items and bath products for a comfortable stay. It is in a strategic location, which facilitates access to various points of interest. The cleanliness is impeccable and the facilities are in excellent condition, as it is a new, very comfortable and cozy property. The neighborhood is nice and there is a supermarket, a kiosk a few steps from the apartment. The balcony view is very nice, you can see the river. Thanks to the owners, who were extremely friendly and helpful at all times, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely rent there again. Highly recommended.

As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a very rich and soft lemon scent, the apartment is very nicely decorated and is very very clean. It's in a central area, so you walk a couple of blocks and you're in the heart of downtown. The stay was very comfortable and pleasant, I would definitely come back.

I would return a thousand times more a dream place totally private beach only for the use of the cabanas podes breakfast to have lunch dinner on the beach totally recommended!!! A place 10 stars / Juan Carlos the man who receives you a friendly genius and excellent service!!

Brand-new apartment, super clean! All exactly like in the pictures. The stay was very peaceful, and Pablo was always attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back!
