Apartment vacation rentals in Posadas

I only stayed one night in the accommodation, but the apartment is in a beautiful and pleasant neighborhood, close to the coast. There are also restaurants nearby. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, the bathroom is spacious and everything was very clean. Both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable and the appliances were new and worked well. There is a small garage in the building that we paid for separately, but it is also possible to park the car on the street.

The place has fully served us. It has all the necessary household amenities for the guest. Its location is privileged, close to bars, markets, tree-lined squares, shopping, bars and restaurants. Enzo was attentive and efficient in his interactions with guests, guiding them in all their immediate and ancillary needs. Great experience.

Very friendly and communicated well and quickly. They regularly changed the sheets and towels for our long stay. The space was very nice, exactly as the pictures show. The location is great. It is quiet but also has the beautiful avenue with a park and the edge of downtown next door. The Villa Sarita neighborhood is very nice with everything you need.

The building where Milagros' apartment is located is the "Sognare" building, a place built approximately 4 years ago. The building is very nice. The guys at the front desk are very friendly. We were attended to by Oscar, a very good person. The photos that appear on the platform are identical to reality. Recommended. Just as a suggestion for coffee lovers like us, we really needed the coffee maker. Thank you Milagros for your prompt responses.

It was like my home in Posadas. It's impeccable and beautiful. Super well equipped, and the location is perfect for walking between the Costanera, the Aguacates and downtown, but at the same time it is a very quiet neighborhood. Cristina's service was excellent, with very precise instructions. The building is very clean and has a good elevator. Safe area and many places to eat and a few blocks from a California supermarket, which has everything. No details to report. We'll definitely be back. Thank you very much!

The place is 100% as shown in the photos: a spectacular apartment. Alejandro's service was very good, and the location of the apartment was excellent; in front of the waterfront, and a few minutes from the waterfront's gastonomic route. Totally recommended.

The house is very nice and everything was tidy and as shown in the photos. The kitchen is well equipped and there are air conditioners, sheets and towels. Unfortunately, there were only 2 towels, even though there were three of us, but we still had a great time. The center is about 10 minutes away by car, so the street is very quiet and safe. Good price for the service!

The place far exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very spacious, the cleanliness is impeccable and the appliances are all new. Absolutely nothing is missing and we really felt right at home. Every detail is unique, very good taste in the design of the rooms, the decoration and the scents. Carmen, her husband and Gisel were very friendly and helpful at all times. The city of Posadas is beautiful, and we would definitely choose this place to stay again.

We loved our stay. The views are spectacular. There were 4 of us in our party and the apartment was comfortable for us. The air conditioner cooled the house down and the showers were nice and hot. We were able to cool off in the pool. Plus an easy drive to the beach areas. Edgar the manager kept in touch with us and was easy to talk with when we needed help.

Aspect to improve: 1- The host should be more attentive to guest inquiries. 2- You must send the exact location and specifications for its arrival. 3- Leave the Guest's name and corresponding apartment number on the desk.

Everything this property was promised-was absolutely true. Apartment was comfortable and clean. View from balcony and bedroom was outstanding. A couple little hiccups with property staff with friendliness issues only to be rectified by others who went above and beyond to be helpful. The on site host(ess) was great: helpful, knowledgeable and prompt with important information as needed. This is a great property located in a great location of a growing and active city.
