The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Right from the moment we booked to the moment I left, everything was seamless. The caretakers, the family, everyone made us feel so welcome. This has easily been one of my most memorable stays, and I’m really hoping this becomes a regular getaway .

The host is very responsive and the property is perfect for small groups . Loved it ♥️.

Over all best place ever peaceful area just lots of things to do their they have all amenities that a perfect apartment has good furniture good ambiance I will plan to come there soon

It was a pleasure staying at this wonderful apartment!! If anyone is looking for a home away from home.I would highly recommend this place. From the moment I walked in,the place felt welcoming .The apartment was cozy and very well kept .It had everything needed for a comfortable stay . The toiletries in the bathrooms and fresh towels and soap etc made the place feel even more welcoming. I was at ease throughout my stay. A well equipped warm and cozy place to stay!!

Goa is all about experience, and our stay at Niloy's abode was just like our second home. Everything clean fresh and homely. Location is awesome, it's peaceful yet well connected with the world. Niloy had been extremely helpful everywhere you can ever imagine. Very comfortable very safe and very well maintained. loved every moment spent there and looking forward to many more stays with Niloy. Located in one of the most happening places is goa yet peaceful. You name it and it's there all around. Will recommend long stays to really understand the people and culture of this fantastic place. Extremely happy and satisfied for everything.

Nandan is friendly and responsive, which is great. A box of cookies on the house from the host was a lovely touch. A spacious and clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood with huge balconies, which I love. All amenities provided for a relaxing outing. Only the apartment does not have grocery stores or eateries in close proximity. A vehicle is a must for ease of movement.

The place is just perfect and centre to north Goa , You will find it peaceful and soothing as house is made so beautifully. I will definitely prefer this airbnb next time .

Evis' Joes's Haven is a new muse for us in North Goa. The apartment is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Saligao with 20 minute access to beaches like Candolim and Calangute. The apartment had all the amenities listed on Airbnb and was squeaky clean when we got there. It is spacious and airy with adequate space to store your belongings. The bathroom was clean and maintained. We could cook up and store our meals without any problem. Evis was very helpful in case we required any help. The housekeeper would turn up as required. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Totally worth it staying here felt completely like home and the host is very very friendly suggested me the best and helped me alot will be visiting goa again just to spend some time here very peaceful

Thank you Sumer for a great stay! The duplex apartment was spotless and some thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. Nice stay with a friendly host. It's within walking distance of small shops and restaurants and not too far away from the beach. The home was comfortable for a family that needed a bit of space. The security guard was helpful as well.
