A Retreat on Hove Seafront, Close to Brighton Fun

This is a newly converted, modern, well equipped, ground floor apartment, with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary living room, comfortable king bedroom and large shower room. Private parking (for one car) is available upon request and by prior arrangement - requiring a residents parking permit - charged at £5 per day. We are located in Hove, on the seafront, a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and other amenities. You can walk into Brighton along the seafront (3km), although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. Please note that, whilst we are located on the Hove seafront, there are no sea views from the ground floor apartment itself. Inside the apartment, you can enjoy: - comfortable, modern furniture throughout, including new king bed, mattress & bedding, leather l shaped sofa, breakfast table & stools and lots more. - generous and high quality kitchen equipment, including Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine and lots more. - other useful house gadgets, including hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and lots more. - games & books - high speed broadband wifi - XL Samsung Smart television, with Netflix, NowTV & AmazonPrime - Philips Hue coloured lighting This is a self contained, private apartment, with a separate entrance, albeit within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We are available if necessary, to answer any questions and sort any issues, although keys are made available via a "key safe" with private code. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Hove, a walk from local cafes, restaurants, bars and parks. The buzzing centre of Brighton is 3 kilometres away for shopping, entertainment, and vibrant nightlife. It's a beautiful seafront walk into Brighton, although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. This self contained, private apartment, is located within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We do not allow unauthorised guests to sleep over and we do not allow large parties or events.

The Garden Apartment

This beautiful and private garden flat is situated in a quite close in the Withdean area of Brighton, it is a private and self contained apartment. It has parking and an EV charge point. It’s a short walk to Preston park and Preston Park station and is on a main bus route into Brighton with buses 5 and 5a running every 10 minutes. Please be aware, we are not central Brighton. It has its own entrance through to the garden, down 2 sets of steps with handrails and lights to the secluded apartment.

Stylish one bedroomed apartment in central Hove

Fully refurbed in 2021 during lockdown. A beautiful light space perfectly situated for central Hove. Newly added Hive heating system. Come and enjoy this gorgeous new boutique Airbnb experience. One lovely double bedroom on the 1st floor of my split level home. Just a stones throw from the beach. Turn right and in 5 mins you'll be at a wonderful small batch coffee, many lovely shops and restaurants and Hove train station. Turn left and left again and you'll be heading straight to the beach.

Large two bedroom open plan bungalow with sauna

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

Cute and cosy garden cabin in a quiet residential area of Hove, a short walk to the seafront and within easy reach of central Brighton. A 5 minute walk to the train station, 2 minutes to the bus stop. Mezzanine bedroom area with double bed, and a sofa bed. Suitable for a couple as well as families (up to 2 children) Kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Power shower and heated towel rail. Private patio area with garden furniture. Luxury Park Residence with Sea Views

The property is a loft conversion on the first floor of our bungalow. It offers spacious open plan living area and is perfect for couples. Please give us the heads up to know if you need the sofa bed (there is a charge of 25.00 to cover our extra laundry costs). We welcome all couples of every gender type and combination. Gorgeous, cosy, one bed flat in central Hove, opposite Hove Museum Gardens and a 5 min stroll to the beach. A quiet retreat but only a couple of minutes walk from popular pubs and restaurants. Comfortably sleeps two in a kingsize bed. We provide a small breakfast basket to welcome you to the flat. You'll have your own off-street parking, and small front garden to sit and relax. It's less than a 15 min walk to Hove station (direct trains to London).

Superb southdowns and beach links

New refurbished annex in peacefull area with excellant links to southdowns the beach and city centre by car bus or foot. Local award winning gastropubs within 10 mins walk. We can pick up and drop of walkers for the southdowns way and cyclists can keep their cycles safe in patio area. You have your own barbecue for sunny days. We live in the house next to the annex and are generally available for any help or advice you may need
