It has independent access and is located on the first floor attic, recently renovated, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, induction hob, washer-dryer, insulating coat, modern thermal break windows.

Incantevole appartamento fronte mare vista unica, a soli 30 secondi a piedi dall'acqua. A 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia di portopaglieto oppure sempre a 5 minuti a piedi la piccola spiaggia della ghinghetta, altrimenti se si è amanti degli scogli proprio fronte casa vi è una bellissima scogliera con accesso all'acqua. l'appartamento è di nuovissima costruzione con vista mozzafiato e finiture di pregio E senza il WI-FI !
