We have an accommodation policy where you can accommodate a maximum of 20 people on any day of the week, a minimum of 2 people from Monday to Thursday and a minimum of 6 people from Friday to Sunday. The place is impeccable, it's the second time my family and I have gone and we love it!! Plenty of space to walk inside the property, all fenced in, which was something we really liked because we go with our animals. The caretaker Paulo was very helpful, very attentive and considerate. We'll be back again for sure.

I took a course during the month of July in Sorocaba and chose Dani's apartment to be my home during the month. The apartment is beautiful, well planned and super cozy. It was very nice to be able to come back at the end of the day and stay in such a pleasant environment. The location is excellent, close to the main avenue of the neighborhood, with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping. By having acoustic windows, bed and pillows super comfortable the quiet sleep was guaranteed. Dani is a super attentive, polite and kind person. I recommend to everyone who has the opportunity to stay there.

The space is as described... I don't have much to say, because we only went to the apartment to shower and sleep. As a positive point, there is a Smartstore next to the block for quick last-minute shopping. The only caveat is for details that make us feel cozy in the place, such as carpets near the bed and especially in the bathroom, because you get out of the bath and step on the cold floor with wet feet, and it leaves the bathroom very messy if there is more than one person taking a bath. Otherwise, everything is fine. I recommend Sonia's accommodation.
