It was a good area. Short distances to the great beaches. The house was quiet and we felt comfortable. You could change the chairs outdoors. They were rather uncomfortable. A few wine glasses would also be good, otherwise it was well equipped. Communication with Claudio and Sofia was great. They were always easy to reach and gave good tips.

I felt very comfortable from the start. The cottage is equipped and furnished with everything you need. The views and idyllic location made the stay perfect for me. I would definitely stay longer next time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ahua Portugal, where our host Anne guided us with thoughtful local tips and quick responses. Nestled on a peaceful hillside above Seixe Valley, the modern house had every comfort we needed and felt like the perfect retreat. We were deeply inspired by Anne’s dedication to the land. She has led a reforestation project across her 18-hectare estate, planting over 30,000 cork trees to restore the forest after wildfires. Tip: Do plan to bring a reliable car. The unpaved access roads are best navigated with a vehicle that has good clearance. If you’re seeking a serene, private getaway with a caring, responsive host deeply connected to her land, Ahua Portugal is an exceptional choice! Five stars all the way, and thank you, Anne!

Fabulous house and delightful host who even brought a bottle of fizz on ice for a birthday. Peaceful, really quick Kitchen modern very spacious home would recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Hugo’s place - definitely one of the best spots in Arrifana! The location is unbeatable.. right on the beach with stunning ocean views and the peaceful sound of waves all day long. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The apartment was super clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Simple but cozy, with all the essentials. Hugo was an exceptional host- very friendly, responsive, and always available if we needed anything. Great communication throughout our stay. The area is perfect for surfing with plenty of rental shops nearby, plus great restaurants within walking distance. Aljezur is only about 15 minutes away if you need supermarkets or extra supplies. Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful property, we didn’t even leave the place. Very well equipped, nice and clean pool, the view is wonderful.

Sandra’s place was better than expected and she was absolutely lovely! So flexible and helpful and even offered to wash our clothes since we were doing the fisherman’s walk and were basically out of clothes! She even left us fresh fruit, bread, cheese water and homemade jam! We could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Sandra is the BEST!!!

We loved the stay - house very well located and very suitable for 2 people. Ideal place for 2 days of relaxation on the beach, in a place full of authenticity and simplicity. Pedro was very kind and available for possible adjustments to the check-in and checkout.

The apartment is very well located, near the beach and with many restaurants nearby. The coolest thing is the terrace because of the beautiful view. If you prefer to stay and enjoy time in silence, it’s a great choice. It's also very clean and has everything you need. And the hosts are very helpful and very responsive; we appreciated their help with anything. It’s a perfect place for a vacation.

The accoms was wonderful, clean and well equipped. Ricardo was very responsive and helpful, however the check in instructions can be a little clearer in English. We highly recommend this accoms!

An absolutely beautiful place to say, super clean, with comfortable bed , great swimming pool and a ton of little add ons like beach umbrellas were available etc . Both Oliver and Nina were so friendly and accommodating. It’s a truly peaceful place to stay in that gives you very relaxing atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back next year. We absolutely loved our stay here. The views are unreal, pictures cannot do it justice. Short walk to the beach and a pool right below! Gil and Telma were very responsive, we had lost power one night and Telma helped us fix right away. Perfect stay for our first time in Lagos and we would definitely return!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and the apartment had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony relaxing and enjoying the view. Location is a bit out of the way but was not a problem to drive/walk down to town. Recommend having a car :)

The place is in a very quiet & private neighborhood which makes sleeping at night very easy and peaceful. We had a little backyard space with lounge chairs. Place looks better than the photos. The hosts are so kind/immediately responsive whenever we had a question. Tons of extra blankets, pillows, and towels. We didn't use the kitchen but it had more than enough supplies. The bed is firm and, as someone who usually prefers a soft mattress, I did not mind it. The pillows are very comfortable which made it easy to sleep. Air conditioning was amazing to have. It's about a 20 min walk into the town center and 10 min walk from a supermarket. A lot of very easy street parking right in front of the place. Washing machine use is free if you stay longer than 2-3 days (check with host). No dryer but air drying was very fast and easy with the rack provided. The water gets cold easy but I didn't mind because it's the summer. Very clean. Overall, really amazing! We didn't want to leave. 10/10.

I wish every Airbnb host could be as great as Joana! The best stay I have ever had by far!! The home is so cozy and in a great location. All the snacks and stocked fridge was very much appreciated and convenient so we did not have to leave every time we were hungry. 1000% recommend staying here, worth every penny!!!!!!

Great friendly hosts who really made sure that we felt at home. Location is perfect - right by the beach. Easy drive to nearby grocery store and town centre. Home was very spacious and had a beautiful window. Enjoyed the stay.

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

You stay here for the view, and you will not be disappointed!

Ana’s place felt like a home away from home, we absolutely fell in love with it! The view from the balcony is just unbeatable, even on a cloudy day we enjoyed spending the day there. You have all the amenities you could need for a few days, and the apartment was just spotless! Communication was easy both with Ana and Joao, they were really helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the place, and would definitely book again!

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! The apartment is immaculate and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s the second time we have stayed at one of Willem’s apartments and he is an excellent reliable host. Highly recommend! The town of Carvoeiro allows access to a multitude of good restaurants and the walks along the cliffs are spectacular.
