This nice apartment is just 5 miles from the Dreams Park and 8 miles from Cooperstown. It is one minute drive to the village of Milford - home to a restaurant, deli, and microbrewery. The apartment itself has one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and full kitchen. WiFi and streaming TV are provided. There is even good cell service here. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the outdoor space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and small families.

This place was awesome. Very easy to get to Dreams Park. I enjoyed using the kayak and fishing in the river even though I didn’t catch anything 😀. It has a basketball court and fooseball table that we enjoyed. The place is clean and comfortable. Will definitely would recommend this place.

Our stay was great! Our son was playing at Cooperstown Dream Park and it was an easy drive to and from. The space itself exceeded our expectations by far. The apartment was so gorgeous, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Beds were quite comfortable, laundry accommodations were nice and very appreciated. The scenery was serene and beautiful. Downtown Oneonta was nice to walk around and check out local spots. George was a great host who you can tell takes pride in his place and service. 10/10 recommend!

This home looks just like the pictures- very spacious and extremely clean. Quality linens and comfortable mattresses. Very short drive to Cooperstown. Highly recommend!

Happy to have stayed here perfect for a day trip base. We went into Cooperstown and hung around Oneonta also visited Howe caverns so this place was perfect for our family which was 4 adults. Would stay here again.

The Little White Schoolhouse was the perfect home base for our Cooperstown trip! Just 12 minutes from Dreams Park, where we were watching our nephew play, it’s super convenient and full of charm. The schoolhouse is so cool, and fully stocked with everything we needed. A unique and comfortable retreat after long days at the ballfield. Oh and the dog was happy as a clam. Highly recommend.

This place was absolutely amazing! It was incredibly peaceful and private which was great for a relaxing getaway, especially with my dogs. My dogs get anxious with other dogs, so it’s sometimes hard to bring them places where we all can enjoy a peaceful moment. But, this place was perfect! They got to roam around and had a blast swimming in the pond. I felt so at peace not having to worry about any distractions with them since it was so secluded. Barbara was so nice and responded to my questions quickly. Also, the property and views were beautiful! I’m already thinking about booking again for another trip there. 🙂
