Our cozy cottage is the perfect romantic getaway or quiet retreat in any season. Located on a private rd with scenic waterfront view. Guests can enjoy sitting on the dock (May- October) or the jetty, watch the eagles and Osprey, use our kayaks, do some fishing, walking or biking. Sit by the propane fueled fireplace on a chilly night. Brunswick, home of Bowdoin College and a # of great restaurants and unique shops is just 5 mi. Travel by bus or train to/from Boston. Portland is @ 30 min away.

The Pine Grove

Newly rebuilt - the Pine Grove is air conditioned and features a 10 by 14 ft deck, a brand new bathroom with tub, bedroom closets, and a full kitchen. It is one half of two charming rustic cottages set on a single plot on a leafy side-street. This cottage is wedged in a "grove" of tall majestic pine trees that provide an abundant supply of shade and breeze, pine cones, needles and all. It is great for families with children and a short walk (.4 of a mile) through the neighborhood to the beach.

The cottage is a walkable mile (+/-) from Allagash Brewing (and the 4 other breweries there), and is within walking distance (.5 mi) of the restaurants and bars at Morrill's Corner. Built in 1880, and after a complete renovation, we’d love to have you as our guests! We added many windows, to bring the outdoors in. Lots of light! The two added balconies make for a wonderful place to sit and talk or just stare into space. Lots of stars! Air conditioning!
