Large modern studio on the ground floor of a villa with pool, very quiet place 5 minutes from the sea and the center of Porticcio (by car) and 15 minutes from the airport. Our place is great for couples and solo travelers without kids. The pool is shared with the owners (from 9am to 7pm approximately) with a minimum temperature of 26° from 04/01 to 10/31. Very nice apartment in Porticcio in a recent and secure residence with dedicated parking space. The airport is 15 minutes away and Ajaccio is 20 minutes by car. Located 300 m from the beaches, restaurants and shops (bakery, supermarkets, etc.) and the sea shuttle to Ajaccio, the apartment offers a superb 24 m² terrace with an incredible view of the Gulf of Ajaccio. Ideal for sunset lovers!
