Cozy Cottage nestled on the Slippery Rock Creek

Secluded along the banks of the Slippery Rock Creek is the 4th generation family cottage, fully renovated in 2017, originally built in 1940. Descend the 45 steps to the cottage and find “there’s no place like (a 2nd) home”. From the wraparound deck you may see geese, deer, bald eagles, osprey, beaver, great blue heron and ducks. You will find yourself just 15 minutes from Moraine and McConnells Mill State Parks. 15 minutes from Mines and Meadows, 10 minutes from Sunset Ranch.

Rainbow Bend

The home is situated on 13 acres of land bordering both sides of the Neshannock Creek. With towering old growth forest on all sides, you truly connect with nature. The property boasts exclusive access to the Neshannock Creek, including a creek side deck. A cascading waterfall borders us to the north. The log home is constructed with rough hewn timbers, granite countertop, and hardwood floors throughout. A towering buck stove stone hearth is the centerpiece of the great room.

“The Henry” House with Private Hot Tub

A picturesque countryside getaway with the convenience of shopping and restaurants nearby. If you love breweries, hot tubbing, golfing, cruising the neighborhood in a Model T golf cart, or just relaxing in a really cool house, this place is for you! Nestled in the scenic back roads of Pennsylvania, this charming two-bedroom bungalow exudes warmth and coziness. Surrounded by rolling hills, lush summer/spring time greenery and beautiful fall colors, the home welcomes you with a sense of tranquility the moment you step through the front door. Some notable features of this home are the large yard, handmade pergola and fire pit, and small lake with Bass and Catfish which provide the perfect setting for outdoor fun.

Amish Paradise

Amish Paradise has an open floor concept with the living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Going up the stairs we have a side view looking out an arched window into the woods. However, our favorite part of this home is the view from the wrap around deck!! It has a knock out Vista over looking our property and beyond to Marti Park! Did I mention that this house was once a true Amish Home?😉

The Great Escape

As one of our guests noted: “This home is named perfectly. It was a great escape." We invite you to stay in our small but cozy house in the very quiet "Pittsburgh Circle" area of town. The property backs onto a greenbelt - down a sharp embankment you can see the Connoquenessing Creek - which you can enjoy from the covered patio or the breakfast table in front of the large window. We have seen deer, groundhogs, hawks, and even a bald eagle!

Our converted covered bridge offers a one of a kind stay! Artist, Ronald Garrett, founded this as an ideal romantic or creative getaway to escape the confines of the city. Nestled on a 1.1 acre property, the covered bridge is located in New Wilmington PA. Enjoy our Amish community, Volant shopping, fly fishing in the Neshannock creek, or spend time at one of our many wineries/breweries.
