The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

The villa is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the city center, shops, restaurants and evening bar. You'll love my place because of the comfort (new bedding), the great sea view, the quiet environment, fully equipped gym (professional appliances), and the great heated pool. My place is good for couples, friends, and families (with kids).
